*Fantastic* service by the cashier (Erica?) and the front staff assisting. Friendly, respectful, patient with my daughter and I changing the order. Where I was a little let down was with the food. My custom burger was warm (not hot) and a little dry.
My fries ???? were not particularly hot either. Both were decent, just slightly disappointing as burgers and fries are an indulgence that I don't get to partake of frequently. I will definitely go back, and hopefully have cause to change this review.
Worst burger I've had in the 254 area. Honestly, I don't get why I keep coming back. The price tag is minimal compared to the fact that every time I come, they always mess up the order. Wrong sizes, skipped whatever extras you ask and pay for, and to make things worse, the lack of maintenance on their fry station always sends my guts to the gulag. Honestly, why even order food when you're guaranteed to get the wrong thing. Might as well drive up and just ask for whatever in the trash. Ain't ever coming back to this crud for a sandwich.

Was expecting bone in wings but they are boneless!
I don’t care about their boneless chicken tenders, they have too much batter!
I was impressed with the boneless wings however! Just the right amount of batter and a good chunk of chicken!
The sauce was really good also.
I will be trying the other flavors!

Great lunch rush team. Took my order before I reached the drive thru menu. Spent a total of 15-20 minutes in line, but staff was very polite when I asked them to check on my order, and brought it out shortly after. Even threw in a brownie. Thank you, great job under pressure! ❤️❤️❤️????????????
I ordered Curbside today, and everything was delicious. I got the fried chicken sandwich meal with a Powerade and brownie. Everything tasted fresh, and I requested extra sauce on my sandwich and was very happy with it. ????

The boneless wings were completely raw on the inside.
I have yet to find a complaint about Whataburger. Even when busy, it flows quickly. Served hot and with a smile.
Went back and decided to try curbside pickup. Only negative was that it took 7 minutes longer than the high end of their anticipated completion time. Food was still good but had to reheat it at the house.
Update: Quicker service this time during curbside pickup. I question my reliability as a reviewer when Spicy Ketchup is involved. But, sincerely, left very happy.
