Best WLM Reviews
I recommend that you be prepared to spend an extra 20 to 30 minutes at the drive thru at this location, no matter what time it is. This place is consistently getting slower and slower at the drive thru. Came by yesterday and simply didn't have the time to waste and left to McDs down the street. Came back today and took my chances. 27 minutes for a #13. It's ridiculous.
I went in late night just for spicy ketchup and there was a customer in-front of me, he proceeded to give a hard time to the manager taking his order and resulted in the costumer being racist towards the manager even though he was keeping his cool all the time. The manager handle the situation way better than I would have, he did great and proceeded to take my order and the people behind me. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he is tall with long black and brown hair… I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves!!
Was stuck in the drive through for an absolutely ridiculous amount of time. Unacceptable wait time. Wish I could’ve just asked for a refund and left but I was boxed in. I highly suggest walking inside and ordering that way. Maybe they’ll get you out quicker that way…
I got a chocolate shake and my shake that I got I don’t even know what I got because it did not taste like a chocolate shake and i wanted a chocolate shake. I also order some fries with ketchup and my fries were not even fresh and I didn’t get no ketchup that I ask for. Oh and don’t get me started on my salad I couldn’t even eat my salad because I didn’t have a fork. Like c’mon it’s not that hard to put a fork and some ketchup in the bag. Thank you for having the worse customer service and the worse satisfaction. If there is a next time y’all better get it right not trying to go threw this again.
Normally I never really have an issue with this location but today, I went for a meal and accidentally ordered the wrong meal size and meant for it to be a kids meal. Once I realized I ordered an adult meal instead of kids at the window, I told the cashier Jocelyn R what I had meant. Her face was COMPLETELY bothered and sighed to change it so instead I said never mind. If it’s that bothersome to fix that, working fast food isn’t for you!
The customer service is horrible. The food is cold. The children that work here don’t care about your or their l. And the manager look at you like if it is your job to let them know that a burger needs to be cooked at a certain time and temperature. Don’t come here. The tables are dirty and I took a peek in the ice machine and I saw slime inside.
i love coming to whataburger but i always seem to have a problem with them either forgetting a part of my order or them taking forever when i use the app for curbside pickup. i use the curbside pick up due to the fact that my some falls asleep ion the way here and i would see it be dead in the drive thru or in the dinning area and still they have me waiting out here for 30-40 minutes.
Been a couple times to this location. Both times my food was good. Don't have any complaints. Atmosphere and staff was great.
