The manager working tonight on 12/14 was absolutely amazing! We haven’t ate here in months because the service was bad and the food was never right, but tonight was perfect!
We ordered and sat down and our food was brought to us almost immediately and he was hyping the cooks in the back!
There has not been a single time I have ordered food from here and it came out in a reasonable time. Rather drive through, go inside, or order online. Online orders don’t get worked on until you show up for pick up. I get my food faster for Applebees and chilis much MUCH faster than this place. Half the employees seem like they just don’t care and the other half seem like they are on drugs. They take well over 20 minutes to get the food out. This place needs their employees trained, retrained, and on the same page. Super disappointed with everything at this location here in Century, Florida.
Dine in was open and staffed thank goodness. Stopped here on our way back to Alabama. The gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant and polite. Not too long of a wait to get our food, fresh and hot. Everything tasted pretty good however the sandwiches were very ugly and almost made me want to not take pictures for the review. But looks can and was deceiving because everything was delicious.

This has got to be way beyond the worst whataburger I ever go to. Everytime I have been,the order is screwed up. Sweet tea is unsweetened or given the wrong product. NEVER EVER walk out without checking your order. More than not,it is wrong. They will short you most of the time to. This place sucks!!
Order number 572585, 11/2/2024 time 10:49 am. I wanted to put the order info because of the rating. If I could give 0 stars for food and service I would..I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches thru the drive thru. It is usually my go to snack while I'm driving. Usually Wataburger grilled cheese are amazing but this location has been constantly bad. I keep giving it a chance because it is the only one up here but the food quality is sub par and service is not present. I waited 17 mins in drive thru but that is ok, you are busy but when I get up to the window the lady snatches my card out if my hand. Not once said hello or thank you and when the food was handed to me, she said here. Than slammed the widow shut, I was going to ask for ketchup but that's OK I will imagine it. Than down the road I parked to eat the food and the cheese was burnt inside the grilled cheese. How do you completely burn the cheese? If your goal is to forever lose a customer, you just did. I suggest everyone got to the Hardee's down the street..
We just left this place. We are HISPANIC United States Air Force retirees and are on our way home to Ohio and stopped here to eat. We were totally ignored and they never took our order. AFTER 10 MINUTES WAITING... WE LEFT.

For a while it’s been a toss up as to which location is the worst; Century or the one at Five Point in Pace. Today solidified that it is definitely Century. I decided to order ahead and do curbside because the drive thru line ALWAYS takes at least 30-45 minutes even when no one is dining inside. Order supposed to be ready between 3:46-3:49. Waited until around 4 or after & called the store. They said “oh, we’ll check on it”. Finally brought it out and the young man was apparently in a hurry. He was gone almost as soon as he got to the car. My kids are saying they are hungry so I go to hand them their food, & realize there is no ketchup at all. My receipt specifically says 2 spicy ketchup & 2 regular. So I call again. (The purpose of curbside is so you don’t have to go in, plus I wasn’t going to drag the kids out of the car)
I tell them I didn’t get the ketchup I ordered and they said they would bring some. While waiting for that I went thru the rest of the bag to check the entire order. They brought that & then I had to inform them I did NOT have the whataburger jr. I redeemed points for. He says “is that all”? I said yes. So now I get to wait even longer for that. He brings that out and says here you go. Didn’t so much as even get an apology for the screw ups. To top ALL of this off, absolutely none of the food was remotely hot, just barely luke warm.
I have called and filed a complaint with corporate but I’m sure nothing will be done, as the service at this location has went downhill terribly. Doesn’t matter if you dine in, drive thru, or do curbside, you better plan on waiting a while & getting cold food.
