I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich, that they completely forgot to even put my order in the back or threw my order ticket away. Not sure, but the kid that was going around bringing everyone their food said there was no order put in but I had the receipt. One of my friends asked to speak to a manager and to comp the food or do something to make up for it.The manager never even came to check on us. They were serving people that came in 25 even 30 minutes after I did. My group finished eating all of their food before I even had mine to the table. Now as you can imagine we are now in the fast food restaurant for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes. And people who got there that much later already ate all their food and who left.
Now some people might look at this review and say okay, that was one simple mistake.Everybody else was getting their food.It's not like it was happening to everyone. Maybe this review is not made to deter.Everybody from this restaurant plus I mean, who are we kidding? This is waterburger and everyone goes there. My hope is that the right person in management might see this and respond to it and next time. Just acknowledge that they made a mistake. Otherwise if they truly don't care this location I may never hear back from anyone ever again.
I had 3 items in my order.. only two were in the bag, I told one lady and she just looked at me and kept walking. I told a second lady and she ignored me and proceeded to call the next guest.
I know what Whataburger service is, and this was not it.! Filthy restaurant. Uniform forget it, they don’t follow it. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of arriving there and still had to wait. Order# 130243676 for reference.
My 11 year old son says, "I'm not under exaggerating when I say the food came out in less than a minute. They put just the right amount of sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries were high quality. This was my first time at a Whataburger."

68° inside the whataburger in Kyle, TX today. It was so cold, couldn't enjoy the food. Had to eat really fast so food wouldn't get cold. When leaving, walking out, my glasses fogged up and I couldn't see and almost tripped over curb. No reason to have it this cold inside!
Extremely slow service at the drive thru.
The family and I waited for 10+ minutes at the front of the wait line. The 5 vehicles behind me received their meals/orders before I received for my family.

Great people who work there. The food is sub par. Limp greasy fries from old grease. Burgers that were standing by on the warm grill and served grey. It’s because of the new culture.
Change the dang grease daily. Geez
I ordered a salad for about $10. Only part of the ingredients were there, the apples were gritty, and they forgot my dressing. Not worth it. Then, when I went back to get dressing, a man came in who had gotten the wrong order. They went looking for his and just Threw the other under the counter. Overall, not good.
