The diet Dr pepper was good, the onion rings were great. Burgers very cold and fries were colder and that's because we waited 30 min for the food. I understand it was busy and it was my choice not to cook, but slightly warm fries would have hit the spot. Hopefully next time ????
This is the second time we go to Whataburger. We got a number one and a number 13 with an extra gravy. We didn't get the extra gravy and french fries were cold and we got large. Please do something. We don't go anywhere else except Whataburger.
Order #571246, Alex R. 11-19-24 @1:12pm, Cashier Marisa Z. and my husband asked her if the second gray was in bag, she said let on at register, she said yes. Total was 30.48.
This is my second time here and have requested hot fries. I mentioned to the cashier that I had received cold fries rhe previous time and she said ahe would make sure they were fresh. She went to the back and told them because I heard her tell them. Then I get regular size fries when they were suppose to be large, the gentleman took them back along with the burgers only to size up the fries to large warm stale fries. Very dissapointing.
I clearly asked for cheese on my burger and they gave me a plain patty no cheese. Not only that they never put ketchup and they hardly ever ask the customer if we would like any condiments. If anyone looks at these reviews make sure ur food is right before you leave
So I purchased an Iced Mocha Coffee for myself today around 9am. I drank some of it Only to find out that it was SPOILED. Disgusting taste. Horrible smell. And they Served me that with a smile on their face. Never going to look at mocha coffee the same way again.
Just tried out the new Southern Bacon Double at Whataburger! Tangy but not spice. Double cheese and bacon! Just a bit too much sauce but it was good. Doesn't come with tomato but I'll try it with it next time.
Establishment was clean and staff kept coming around and cleaning up.
They ALWAYS get the order wrong. We go back thinking it's a one time slip. But there's always something wrong with our order. This time it was completely opposite of what I ordered. They subbed mayo when it was not requested. They decided I didn't want tomatoes in my burger and only lettuce. They charged for the grilled onions and avocado but put very little of both and a whole lot of mayo and lettuce. They also failed to give correct amount of ketchup requested. We usually call and get our order corrected, but decided it's time to write a review. It's been more than 3 times they fail to do an easy job. How hard is it to get the order correctly? Seriously! Wouldn't be surprised they're the same people thinking they deserve a raise for the job they do. This establishment needs to get it together. Who does the hiring process they should get better people.
The wait was soo long and there was only 3 cars in front also the food was terrible the hash browns where burnt and they tasted bad they where hard and the biscuit was also burnt the food was cold dripping in oil I’m so disappointed when in on Jan.4th Thursday at around 11:20 pm the lady was rude and disrespectful.
