Waited forever for food. Both the medium and large French fries were in the same size container and only half full. The order of onion rings had literally only 5 rings in it and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. Ask for ketchup and was given only spicy jalapeno ketchup.
Burgers were just slapped together and barely wrapped, Wrapper barely even covered them. Called to voice concerns to the manager who is actually just the shift leader and he could care less.
Very clean and the clerk was very polite and nice. I got a patty melt with a vanilla shake.
Still among my top favorite fast burger joints in the valley.
Always consistent quality, staff is very friendly, restaurants are super clean and Whataburger has a really good variety of things o. Their menu.
Placed a curbside order tonight (9/28/24). About 5 minutes after my wife placed the order online, we pulled up and marked ourselves there. I waited for over 15 minutes in my car before finally going inside to collect my CURBSIDE order. I stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes, being ignored by everyone in the kitchen including the manager until a gentleman on his break came from the dining room to check on me. I asked for the manager and when she finally came up I explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes at this point for my order and I wanted my food. There is absolutely NO reason to be waiting that long when the restaurant is almost completely empty. She went back and prepared the drinks, and then sent a crew member with my order TO THE WRONG CAR OUTSIDE WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING AT THE COUNTER. The crew worker handed the food and drinks to the other folks and at that point I told the manager to refund my order and that I no longer wanted it. I'd already been waiting long enough and wasn't going to wait for them to remake it and definitely don't want it after someone else has been handed my food. This is the third or fourth time in a row I have had to go inside this location to retrieve my curbside order, but this was by far and away the worst experience.
What is the point of curbside delivery if I have to go in to pick the order up anyway? This store and management need to do better. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was in the mood for a sausage breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar biscuit, and wanted to see the new Whataburger on Baseline. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the young lady taking my order was courteous and professional and the overall experience was great for a fast food breakfast.
The jalapeno cheddar biscuits are very good! Onion rings and hashbrowns are okay, not spectacular. The coffee doesn't rival Starbucks, but is quite good.
Whataburger doesn't offer Wi-Fi as far as I know, but it was able to connect to COX from somewhere nearby.

No name of the cashier on the ticket. No phone number on the ticket. Yes, you forgot my onion rings. There were no napkins. I loved Whataburger. My son worked at the one on stapley and southern years ago. I was hooked on their burgers. Of course, I found the phone number and spoke to the shift lead, Pablo... explained my concerns. I asked him to put a note somewhere to give me a free order of onion rings the next time I come through. I didn't just pay for my food... I had even tipped them.
I'll reach back out to see if that note is somewhere because I have him my name. Let's hope my next experience is better. I was there 7/10 order number 510781
Ordered a hatch Chile burger with pickles… see anything missing… that might be in the name of the burger? Also apparently I ordered a half order of fries at full price because not one fell out and this is what I got also must have ordered them cold. Awesome experience. Go to in & out around the corner. Way better.
Went through the drive thru because that was all that was open. After waiting an additional couple minutes for my food to come, I went to park and eat. Then, I realized the chicken sandwich was RAW. The fries were good, but I still can excuse the raw chicken.
