The drive through system with 2 different lanes was a bit confusing. The strawberry shake is overly sweet
Drove through drive through, went up to pay, and female employee didn't say anything, just an upside-down smile with no words spoken. Please hire people with happy attitudes. The training employee giving out order needs to give the drive-through clerk some lessons. The order was wrong, and that's what made me share the experience. Otherwise, I would have left it alone. Burger was excellent, good job, griller. Hope your experience is better than mine.

The cashier, Roy R was soo friendly and professional, even at 1am! The woman who took my order was also very nice and friendly even though i had a complicated order. Food was amazing and fresh as usual. Fast service
It's three days since Hurricane Beryl came through Houston. A good burger was exactly what we were craving. This location (like most) was very busy at lunch time, but the employees working the drive thru were getting all the cars through efficiently, in a two-lane style. I want to give a shout out to Cynthia, who took our order outside, in the heat, with no shade and made us laugh. Her attitude was so positive, she made jokes with us, helped us order. The days after a storm in Houston can be hell, but she really brightened our day with truly the best customer service. I hope her managers see this. Thank you Cynthia!!
Got here at 7:00pm on a Wednesday. Stood in line for 10 minutes, no employees ever came up front to help anyone. 10 customers standing and waiting with a line out the door. 5 or 6 employees dedicated and working in drive through non-stop. It was like customers inside didn’t exist. We walked out and left. We are never coming back here again.
Ordered mobile order for drive through. waited over 30 minutes on lane B, went inside and my order was sunder door dash pickup. Food was already cold
