I was in town visiting my mom, and was super excited to find out that Whataburger had opened. I had not been to one in quite a while. I love their burgers, I think they do a phenomenal job on them. We ordered two different burgers, fries, and drinks. The food tasted really good, it was super hot, super fresh. Complaints that I had, were minimal one of them. The fries could’ve used some more salt. But we had some in the car, so no big deal. The other one was my burger was wrong, they left off the toppings. Now I know I wanted everything I ordered, but I really can’t complain because the burger tasted great. So that’s why I marked the service down a little bit was due to the fact that the order was wrong. Another thing that I really didn’t care for, was, they had to drive through lines, but they were only using one, and they were making people pull up to wait for their food. It seem like a very new store and should’ve been staffed accordingly. I will definitely try it again when I come back into town, and if it’s changed, I’ll update my review.
One of the BEST Whataburger's I've been to. And I have been to many. The service was quick and kind. The food was up quick, correct and hot. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. What more could you ask for! Would highly recommend.

Best restaurant/fast food place in town by faaarrr. Brittney is THE best manager any store could ask for. She corrected my meal and took the time to make sure me and my family were all taken care of. These employees will go out of their way to make your experience divine. Couldn’t ask for more! Clean store and a peaceful atmosphere. This store is managed very well.
I have never been to a Whataburger before and sadly my first experience wasn't the greatest. I ordered their BBQ spicy burger (I apologize for not knowing exactly what it was called) but I didn't know it came with mustard. I personally don't like mustard so I took it back up there and the lady who took my order wanted the receipt which I personally found a bit frustrating due to her knowing I ordered it.
Happy they had a triple meat burger, it was tasty aslo were the fries, the medium drink was big, the gentleman gave an awesome service.
So this was my first time visiting this Whataburger that opened up in Searcy recently, and I have to admit that I was very disappointed. We went on a Saturday around noon, and while there was several people inside, it took close to 15 minutes to get our food and we noticed that several others were waiting on theirs also. The Drink area was awful and sticky, there was no Tea available to get on my own (I had to ask for tea). And the soda machine was so full of ice that you could not put your cup down and press the button, you had to hold it at an angle to fill it up. Once we did get our food I was expecting it to be piping hot (since it took so long to get it) but instead the fries tasted like they have been under the heat lamp since breakfast, and the cheese on my Patty Melt well… was not melted. Of all the other Whataburger’s I have been to, I’ve never had anything close to the poor experience that I had at this place. And honestly, it pains me to say all this, because I really like them, and was hoping for a great lunch. Instead it turned out to just be ok.
To start I absolutely love Whataburger but this was beyond disappointing to say the least! When we arrived we waited in a line less lobby for close to 10 minutes only to be told “we aren’t running the counter use a kiosk.” No big deal but then we waited over 30 minutes for two meals. When we finally got our order our food wasn’t correct and cold. The poor woman that went before us was embarrassed by how she was treated and was crying when we left. It was absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that the store was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned it seemed at all today!! They really need to step up their game!
