Close to UT campus, visited on a sunday at around 11 when they stopped serving breakfast. I wasn't able to ordered since breakfast was my only vegetarian option. My niece on the other hand enjoyed her 2 sandwiches.
Sarah was amazing at her job. She put up with my sassy attitude and provided a fun environment while we ordered food. She even checked to see if we could order breakfast after 1100. Give her a promotion.
As a long time Whataburger diner, I cannot for the life of me figure out what those BoZos at In&Out are thinking about. Whataburger beats those California pikers nine ways from Sunday in terms of flavor and quality. The stalwart lad Joshua V went above and beyond the call. His courtesy and professionalism should be praised and held out as a model performance company-wide.
Truthfully the low rating would be the food. I never had whataburger, it was like a McDonald's. You see it everywhere. The service is a higher rating because they were very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately I have never done this but I didn't finish the burger and fries and threw it out. It tastes like a Burger King whopper but a bit saltier. I felt bad because it was a waste but I didn't like it at all.
P. Terry is a better option if you can find one near you.
The burger is super big, compared to Chick-fil-A or in-n-out, and delicious. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. The fries is as good as McDonald’s. The chicken stripes are also so delicious. The best experience.
I never leave reviews but I came here two weeks ago and I decided I was probably never coming back for a whole lot of reasons. It was lowkey an awful time. But tonight I got really hungry and really wanted late night whata so at like 2:00 I left my place and went. And whoever is working there right now is killing it. I made it home by 2:30 AM. That’s the fastest I’ve ever had my whata come out. 9 times out of 10 I’m waiting in the drive through for at least 30 min but I pulled up to the window with basically no wait and my food was ready and the order was 100% right. I’m floored. So I just thought whoever is working tonight should know you’re doing great and you’ve restored my faith in this whata location so I’ll stop going to that spooky one that’s closer to downtown.
Yes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because Whataburger is the best. Meow about the service there on the morning of July 17, 2024. Could have been way better. The employees seemed to be taking care of drive thru orders and delivery orders before anyone dining in or to go. A gentleman that was there when I got there. I ordered two breakfast burritos, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. And one biscuit and gravy and an orange juice. I sat there for about 10 minutes or so waiting for my food. Then the gentlemen. Got up walked up to the counter and said excuse me. I have been waiting for my food for 20 minutes. And I thought oh no. About five minutes or so later the gentleman finally got his food. And about another 10 minutes or so later I got my food.and it’s not like they were short staffed or anything. There was about five or six people working.
Front desk girl was ADAMANT about me ordering and paying for my food BEFORE she could let my wife use the restroom. My wife got her burger and the cheese wasn’t even melted and had all 4 corners still lol . Then when she told the girl in the front she said ‘ I don’t know what to tell you “. Then an actual line cook came out and helped my wife and remade her meal . Currently looking for the receipt to come back on here and put the name of the girl who helped us.
