Me and my lady went here for the first time driving through on our way to texas , never had whata burger before and was very satisfied with the food, and service. We got the jalapeno and cheese burger with fries and a drink. the fries were fresh and hot the burger was fresh and prepared well and had a lot of toppings they definitely were not stingy. they brought us our sauces for our fries to our table , the spicy ketchup was the best. it was quiet and not crazy inside was able to enjoy our food in peace. however, the bathrooms were not clean there was stuff all over the sink and floor. but overall this was a good fast food restaurant .. there are alot of bad reviews but i did not have a bad experience at this location. there also was a lady cleaning the table as people were done eating.
We ordered our dinner online yesterday and were given a pick up time. I got there a little after the time we were given just in case they needed an extra minute to make it. Once I got there I got in line to let them know I was there for an online order. I made it to the counter and told the dude the name on the pick up other. He just straight looked at me and said to move aside and he'll help me after he helps everyone else in line. That pissed me off so I asked another employee for my food. She went to the back but didn't even bother looking (you can see them from the side). After waiting for twenty minutes I asked again where my food was. At this point I was ready to cancel the order and leave. Dude said they needed to cook fries... My overall experience left me believing that this location doesn't have a single employee who takes their job seriously. I will never use this location again.
Please tell me how on earth I spent 28 minutes in the drive thru line and the food is still old??
Usually when a burger place is backed up it's because something is having to be prepared, but not here!
The fries were old (see picture) so when I opened the burger I just knew it was going to be hot and fresh, but nope!! They put me in my place!!
Usually the cheese is yellow, but not today! Today it was already beginning to turn orange from age.
Why did I still eat half of it you ask? Because I was starving, and I am still starving writing this review.
I should've just thrown the $10 out the window!!
The staff were very sweet and friendly, it was also pretty quiet when we went. No complaints. Wonderful place for a date.
Best whataburger in a long time. Haven't been to one that was fast, friendly, and inviting. I'm definitely going out of my way just to go there.
The restaurant was disgusting. None of the tables or booths were cleaned. There was food everywhere. I put in an online order and ended up waiting for over 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Half the employees were just milling around cutting in front of customers. After 30 minutes I asked them to check on my order once again and they brought me someone else’s order and ended up dumping the fries all over me. I waited for 45 minutes for 1 cold burger. They then made me wait even longer for the fries. I’ve never been to a worse managed restaurant in my life. I won’t be back and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this location.
8:40 pm, went inside and stood at the counter for 40 minutes listening to the employees joke around with each other. The manager looked me dead in the eye and walked into the back never to be seen again. After 45 minutes, I left and went to Taco Bell.
As a Texan, I’m ashamed of what whataburger has become. How pitiful.
Jaw droppingly bad service. I was never even served. I left and took my business elsewhere. I hope they go out of business.
Worst Whataburger I have ever ate at. Large chocolate shake half full handed back put only vanilla on top... no straw... cold as fries that were ridiculously tiny for some reason. Went indise to get a straw 2 different employees asked what was wrong showed them... response I would be mad too. No offer to fix or anything. Horrible service do better people.
