Like any fast food restaurant it’s fast paced so cleanliness is usually not the best. Atmosphere is okay because it’s open 24 hours, there are lots of people coming in an out. Service in the other hand was good! Great staff, worked hard and made sure to bring our food to us. My go-to are patty melts, chicken strips and the Whataburger. All pretty good food.
Ordered some fries to go, and they are obviously very old, very soggy and very greasy, enough so to warp and stain the box they were in. Maybe the amount of grease is why they also didnt fill the container up all the way, they filled it half way with unserviceable fries!
The manager on Friday night at this location is OUTSTANDING! She is super sweet, and she takes time to make learning moments for her workers in a kind but constructive way no matter how busy they are. Always a super busy location, but they are always friendly, patient and rarely make mistakes on orders.
The kitchen and bathroom was super dirty.
The cashier was complaining to his manager that he didn't want to take orders anymore.
I think the manager cares though.
Sorry to be a burden to you Whataburger...
I've always seen comparisons between whataburger and in-and-out. I would definitely say it is a bigger patty at whataburger, the produce I would say seems a little fresher but I would still say I enjoy in-and-out more. Whataburger is still good though
My sister bumped into her drink with her phone and spilled half of it. She cleaned as best and apologized because a worker went to help. She apologized to the worker and he said “No” in a rude tone (night shift). Then followed up to stand right in front of the drink station so she doesn’t get a re-fill. Like I’m sorry a 16 year old spilled her drink accidentally and apologized. But there was no reason for ugly stares, or attitude!
The hamburger was as cold. I mean cold that the cheese didn't even melt. And we waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. Fries were hot and my sons breakfast sandwich. Worst Whataburger burger I've ever had. And there was no one behind us or line so very disappointed
I have no idea what’s wrong with the current staff here, but they need to have better attitudes, they have constantly messed up our orders, they will leave our order sitting out getting cold for minutes before they hand it to us. Then when we say something it’s always met with sarcastic remarks and eye rolls like asking them to do their job is such an inconvenient task for them. Go to the Whataburger on Creekside by bucees, much friendlier staff and better quality food.
