Massive shoutout to the incredible Whataburger team for making sure my bag was safe after I accidentally left it behind! They were so helpful, and I really appreciated how quickly I could collect my bag. Plus, the meal combo was absolutely delicious!
Burger I got after waiting 17 minutes wasn't edible. I ate 2 bites and got queasy. I went down the street and bought a way better burger. Fries were luke warm and soda was OK. Showed the manager and he said that's the cheese and burger they're sent. Cheese looked plasticy and burger looked 2 weeks old. Been to this location a few times and this will be the last.
Really was awesome. Way better than expected. There was an employee in there named Natasha. She was amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty and if I was her boss. I would give her a raise for being such an amazing employee.
My experience here is only with the drive thru. This location is my go-to I-need-a-burger place at 11:00 pm. This is not to say I haven't tried at "regular" times, but at those times they are crazy busy! And since they make things fresh, the wait would be too long. This is testimony to the fact that this place is clearly doing something right. People would not be coming back and committing to that wait.
My burgers have generally been made to specification. There's been the random time or two that my request for no onions has been overlooked (despite being on the ticket). My burgers also come looking pretty squished. This is why my review is 4 stars. I can remove onions, and appearance doesn't effect taste. The food is always hot. The vegetables seem fresh. They don't skimp on pickles and tomatoes like their competitors. It always meets my 11:00 burger craving.
The drive-through employee Myisa was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My food was tasty and perfect. I’m glad that I came to this location. I highly recommend them and will return with my family. Good customer service is hard to find these days especially through breakfast rush-hour, but it can be found here.
This particular location is one of the absolute worst. It took them literally 42 minutes to make a honey butter chicken biscuit, an 38 minutes to make a whatabutger jr. And this was not because they were short staffed. Now, they did offer me a free small shake for the wait, but this doesn't negate the fact that it took them so long to make simple items. And I was not the only customer with the same experience.
Took a long time to get helped at the front counter then was ignored when I was trying to ask one of the workers if I could order another item I had forgotten. My meal wasn't complete and it was wrong. Then got denied the bathroom . If it wasn't because there isn't another whataburger in walking distance I'd never come here again
Waited over 30 minutes for the worst whataburger food of my life. Service was horrible as well. I get you don’t want to work on Saturday night, but do your job.
They locked up the lobby as well, I don’t recall it being selective 24 hours.
