Small but nice location on the main Blvd in SPI. It's open at night to prevent starving at all times. My whataburger was fresh, with brioche bun and mustard, how it supposed to be. For me it seemed like the burgers shrunk. Unfortunately the burger also lighter then usually or years before. So I was kinda surprised and didn't meet my Value for money expectations. The restaurant was clean, so way the parking lot.
Here on a family vacation and came here for a late lunch/early dinner after a full day of shopping. We love the nostalgic theme and the food was so delicious! I will absolutely be back a few times before we leave!
We went through the drive through at 1:40 and it took them 23 minutes to get out 2 Whataburger jr’s and a kids meal. It took forever to order because we couldn’t understand what the drive thru lady was saying and she couldn’t understand us. And then once we FINALLY got our food, our toddlers grilled cheese was BURNT and out burgers were incorrect also and extremely salty…. I would’ve asked for them to redo it but our daughter was hungry and we couldn’t wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it.
This place always messes up my food just look at my onion rings, like what is this. I order the 3 piece chicken strips and I didn’t get any toast! I swear this whataburger never fails to mess up your order.
After a morning full of trial and error attempting to be allowed in to a restaurant on this island, this whataburger made for a great alternative. With delicious food and very nice employees I was more than satisfied to say the least. Despite the busy nature of the store, the employees handled it beautifully while keeping a calm composure and a positive atmosphere. In addition, the food was outstanding. The honey butter chicken biscuit is a dish I would recommend to anyone looking for something savory and delicious. The bugs were a given in such a restaurant, but there was a fly catcher to help capture the bugs that were guaranteed to enter. Just a small addition a kind man was helping keep the place clean by cleaning the window. I also am one to always appreciate a family owned and opporated company.
If I could rate this no stars I would, but since I can’t I’ll go with one star. Got there at 11 at the drive thru and placed order, didn’t get order until 11:31, just got handed a bag by an employee with no “sorry”, “thank you for waiting”, or “have a great night”. Hope the franchise operating manager takes this review and others and makes some changes. They take the fast out of fast food. Maybe an employee meeting with some training on manners as well.
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD I cannot believe there was a literal glove in my food tonight after a long day you just want some good fresh food and there was A PINK GLOVE ON MY BURGER how disgusting i proceed to call and i told her my issue and she put my on hold? like do you not see the issue here? I brought it back and the “manager” seemed to not care at all and honestly it’s just crazy how i felt like an inconvenience? like I paid for a service and i had to go back ? like be so serious right now
Great food. Service was terrible ????. I guess they were busy, but still no excuse for not going through to giving complete service. Food was brought to our table but did not get napkins or condiments. Tried flaging down host but was ignored. Had to go to counter myself to ask for napkins and condiments.
