Don’t waste your time purchasing the new White Mocha Peppermint blah blah because all it is is some flavor pumps NO CREAMER!!!! Every other coffee shop that sells specialty coffees do not leave the creamer for you to have to pay extra for or do yourself! I called and gave my order number and she went to go review the tapes and reported to me that she did put the pumps for flavor. Creamer is not a part of the deal! Just go somewhere else unless you want to pay high prices to fix your own coffee.
Ordered a justaburger with directions. Was told it was cheaper to go with a whataburger jr. I tried to explain but was rebuked, i settled on what was rung up for me to avoid a argument. Called back later, explained, was told its actually a dollar cheaper way i ordered it. Was offered difference, i declined, as i explained ive ordered this way for over 15 years. I was/am more bother by way lady told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I understand wanting to save me money, but when you fail, thats when you should have just followed customers instructions. Justaburger, add sm patty, add small chz, add 2 slice bacon. plain and dry. cheap, simple, easy to test for secret shopper.
I go to this location very frequently in the morning after I get off of a long night of work. Every time Lauren is working at the Window at the drive-thru she is always so polite and kind and the accuracy of the order is always on point. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion, and I don’t say that frequently about people. We need more of her in the world. And the food is always phenomenal.
Our food took forever and we were the only ones in line. When I told the cashier that my sprite was supposed to be a large, not a medium, she huffed and snatched it from my hand and literally threw it into the trash can. Manager was there and didn’t say anything. I understand that people have their days, but you don’t have to take it out on me.
They were my favorites. I just bought number 1. I was chewing and a woman's hair came out. Now I'm not going to have dinner.
I will be contacting corporate after my visit. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with nothing but humid and heavy air. There AC unit is being fixed, but why keep the place open. I couldn’t enjoy my burger without sweat falling into my food. And the workers? They’re all dripping in sweat, while handling food that’s over 100 degrees. Management has no heart for letting this happen. Is a couple of dollars really worth your workers well being. I asked one of the workers why they were still open and I was told that the general manager laughed at they’re faces when asked if the place would be closed temporarily. What a sicko. If a place can’t even take care of there own workers, I can’t imagine what they do to the food.
I popped in for a quick burger to go. I got a friendly greeting. It was calm inside, as it wasn't busy. The cashier made sure I had napkins. The food was as I expected, a double meat Whataburger Jr. (more meat, less bread) with the works. Delicious!
We ordered 2 burgers 1 large onion rings and 2 chocolate shakes the guy asked me if I wanted the meals I said no I would like what I ordered he said it would be 27.83 I'm like wow ok I paid it they brought the food to the table with a tea the shakes french fries I brought the french fries back and my wife looked at the receipt and said he charged you for meals I told the guy this isn't what I ordered he then told me that he don't make mistakes and that he's not giving me any money back and he thinks I better go I am in a wheelchair and on oxygen I am not intimidating in any way .but I just simply looked at him and said well sir I suggest you call the police because I am not the one who is wrong here at that point 2 girls came up and said they were going to fix it they said my actual order with the tea was 25 88 or something so I am only getting 1.65 cents talke it and have a good night.so what they in essence told me is that aedium fry and an ice tea is 165. I went outside and one of the other customers said they think your homeless and that's how they treat all the homeless because most homeless do not think that anyone will believe them over a manager or an authoritative person. God is watching that Whataburger now and hopefully thanks to this post you will too. These people are already having a really rough life and people like this who use their fake status to bully people really irritates me. I'd have thought about it had I just heard it on the street but with God as my Witness I experienced it first hand they should be ashamed of themselves. God Blesses Me Daily and I try to spread positive messages and to love unconditionally.
