Best WLM Reviews

This was up there with the worst fast food burgers I've ever eaten.
My brother insisted on trying a burger because we were flying back home to Toronto and he said the "Texas" experience wouldn't be complete without trying a classic Whataburger (the #1 is what we ordered).
Which mad lad in the Whataburger lab thought it was a brilliant idea to just put mustard in the signature burger? It just didn't work for me.
On top of that, the patty was dry and the bun-to-meat ratio was off (more bread than meat).
I don't like calling anything trash but yea ... the burgers here ain't it. The only item I would actually consider returning for is the patty melt as I heard so much hype about it online. Definitely NOT a burger though.
I've eaten at In-N-Out multiple times.
There's absolutely no way this place is being put up against In-N-Out for burgers. In-N-Out smokes this chain. It's not even a contest. I'll put a double-double, animal style burger from In-N-Out up against anything at Whataburger.
Staff was very friendly though. I bought a couple souvenirs from the gas store while we waited for our order.
I bought breakfast at this location, and there were several strands of hair in my food. I called the establishment and spoke to a manager who did not provide her name. She said that I could have my food remade, but I told her that I would definitely not be eating there. She then said that I could get my money back. However, she didn't apologize, and she was very rude. She should be coached on providing better customer service in a fast-food industry.
Only complaints:
They DO NOT accept mobile coupons.
They didn’t have the Dr Pepper Shake.
Took about 20 minutes in drive through for two burgers.
Good stuff:
Staff was really nice. Location was convenient as it was right next to the rental car center and attached to a gas station
Ordered my usual menu item of #3, no onions, add cheese, whatasize and substitute the soda with a shake. The menu price is 11. and some odd change. Can someone explain to me why adding cheese, whatasizing and SUBSTITUTING my drink with a shake somehow added and additional 12 dollars to my total? I understand we are dealing with inflation but none of the above makes any sense. I contacted customer service and they blamed the additional 12 dollars on inflation. If 23 dollars is what it will cost for a single meal, then unfortunately I will be going to Burger Box or a Mom and Pop burger shop. This is ridiculous and inexcusable. I dont mind paying 13-15 dollars but 23 dollars?!?! I could have gotten a pizza or something and that would have been a lot more food I could have eaten for two days. Ridiculous. You guys need to make this right or I am done with yall.
Went through the drive-thru Saturday evening. Sarah H took our order. She was super friendly and competent. Had a great experience.
There good as long as u don't go anywhere around the airport cuz I meal will cost u more then a restaurant
We don't have this option in St Louis so when my wife and I traveled to Dallas for a wedding, we had this place in mind. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late afternoon. We had just picked up the rental car and left the lot thinking maybe we would see a Whataburger in the way when this place appeared. What timing and of course, the food was good--exactly the way we remembered from the last time we had eaten at the chain in San Antonio, 4 years ago.
First time having Whataburger and I I got the Bacon Avocado Burger! It was super delicious. I tried the spicy ketchup and it was great.
