We are in town from Seattle, Washington. We were craving a Patty melt. They are so delicious. My husband wanted to try the new. What a wings they are definitely crunchy and yummy with the honey butter sauce highly recommended.
Thank you, John at the counter, for such a great experience. Loved our conversation with you, and next time we travel through. We will stop and say hi and grab a Patty melt.
They absolutely do not care!!! I placed an order for a simple BOB meal at 04:27 with one car in front of me. At 04:39 I made it to the window to pay. I was asked to pull forward behind the car in front of me and wait for my meal. They brought the front car their meal and disappeared. The guy gets out of his car with a crumpled up bag saying this isn’t his meal. I noted the specific grease stains on the bag as I figured it was my meal. A worker returned with his meal and took the other inside. After two other cars behind be got their meals, I went back inside and no one wanted to respond to me. After more frustration, one worker finally brought me the bag with the grease stains that had gone back inside; it was now 04:48, 21 minutes after I had ordered my meal. My food was cold and my meal was unwrapped. I expected slow service from this location and often get cold or stale tots and don’t complain, but this was pathetic. I left a message for the manager to contact me and they have not responded. I took the survey and they have not responded.
I ordered curbside pickup for a patty melt meal with extra pickles and 2 spicy and 2 regular ketchup. They gave me the food without a straw for my drink, any of the ketchup I ordered, and all the pickles were stuffed on one side of the burger.
So ordered a breakfast burger this morning and didn't get the burger patty. This is the second time in less than a week. Next time I'm opening it up.
We go here about 3 times a week and it's always cooked perfectly. We just order breakfast separate items not on menu and its always right and cooked to perfection. Want to give a shout out to Victoria, Harmon and Hayley for yesterday helping us get our battery started on our vehicle. That was so kind of them. We would had to called a tow truck so they saved us money. Blessing to those employees. We greatly appreciate it☆
Had a great lunch today. Two employees stood out in particular. John and an older lady who's name I didn't get. They were polite, professional and a refreshing change. They are assets to your store and exactly why I will return.
I have given this location several chances. This evening in particular I ordered Uber eats. The food is not edible at all. Whoever sent this out did not care that this was my dinner after a long shift or that even though they sent bad and stale food I will still tip the delivery driver and go to bed hungry because I care about people.
