We stopped in for a quick dinner while in town. Only going off online reviews we were not to sure what to expect. We ordered two jalapenos burgers and fries. I expected it to be similar to a McDonald’s or Hardee’s but was way off. The burger was phenomenal. Very tasty, fresh and delicious. The young lady that took our order was very polite and they had our food out to us within a few minutes. If you haven’t been to a Whataburger- quit procrastinating and head in, you’ll be glad you did. My only complaint is that I can’t find them closer to home (up north) but we did stop 3 times to eat at a whataburger while in Texas and Louisiana ….till next time…
Every employee had a smile on their face. The decorations are so cool. Super clean, even the parking lot. Food was freshly made and yummy!!!
This is a nice place to stop while traveling through town with dogs. There is a large grassy area to walk dogs. The restroom was clean. The drive through took some extra time to wait, but the food was good. I ordered an Apple & Cranberry Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing.
What can I say about this place first of all very bad services workers were just standing there and not working or trying to figure out what was going on with the Coke machine there was only one girl working in the front and and all the workers were just standing leaving her by herself when it was a Friday night when I asked them to give me another refund from the back, it was the same thing the drinks were flat flavored to it my son asked for a large fries and only receive one large fry when he had order two meals with two large fries and he only received one we were so mad that we just left it alone. We had order for meals, and I told the girl to change my drink and she didn’t even bother to bring it back. That day I called to talk to the manager and she didn’t have not bothered to even call me back.
Cashier was a little dry but still nice. First time seeing a motorcycle theme inside a Whataburger. Definitely different and nice.
Whataburger used to be our family favorite, but when the corporation changed hands, they changed the meat in the burgers and none of us like it now. They still have good breakfast and we occasionally get a milkshake but no burgers anymore.
When you go inside over night, the staff (manager included) just look at you and totally ignores you as if drive thru is all they serve. I'll be more understanding if someone approached me to say "It'll be a few" or even acknowledge the fact that they saw me with a simple "hello". They looked straight at me and just continued on with drive thru. After waiting for another 5 min, I just walked out
We ordered two four-piece chicken strip meals and mine had three in it. The kid's meal did not have a cookie in it (after asking if we wanted a cookie). And the fries were horrible in all three meals they had been fried up at least two times and were brown and hard, we would have returned them but we were pressed for time. Sadly, no one checks an order for quality! This was on 3/12/23 @ 4:43 PM order # 535562 Alicia S. was the cashier.
