Best WLM Reviews
Best Whataburger we’ve ever been to! Major kudos to the manager and staff! Driving through from Georgia to Texas and this Whataburger hit the spot. The food was great and the service was even better. We got our order exactly right, every individual order in individual bags with sauce and napkins, the food came out piping hot and the restaurant was clean and smelt fresh. Saving to the travel favorites for sure!
Didn’t even get passed ordering the lady taking order was very very rude. This was at 10:30pm worst customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve moved here honestly and I wanted Whataburger so bad. SMH.
They were pretty fast getting my food out to me. Drive thru was packed as usual, but, I went in. The employee was friendly & even asked if I needed ketchup or jelly. They usually don't have the time to ask.
I love the breakfast platter with the sausage gravy on the side. Only thing I want to say is, when someone orders sausage gravy on the side, please make sure it actually has the sausage in the gravy.. was looking forward to the sausage gravy with my buscuit but ended up with bland plain gravy.. not good
Got some burgers from this location. They stick the order receipt on the bag but orders were completely wrong. Evidently their employees can't read. Drinks were wrong. Burgers and fries were cold. And no grilled onion as requested. Called the store. The women said in the back ground " she mad over drinks" ma'am couldn't even properly speak. ???? No solution.
Better left as a memory. I used to love Whataburger... They don't have them where I live now. On a recent trip, I stopped here. It want bad, just no where as good as I remember. Just another burger joint. So sad.
Food was hot and fresh even for an 11pm order. Staff were amiable but nothing special and it's a fast food at night so wasn't expecting incredible service. The burgers are better than the usual chains and I would go back again if we were in the area
Waited in line for an hour and a half for a kids meal and extra small fry. The service was horrible and the food was cold when I received it. There were only two cars ahead of me. I definitely won’t be returning and I watched about 20 people get out of line behind me.
