This is a good Whataburger in the area. Several times, I have asked for my order to be "made to order" which means that they make everything fresh. They have been so kind to acknowledge my request and do it. I can tell the difference when they reheat versus actually making it to order. They do a great job and it is my to-go Whataburger in the area.
My 5 star review is for the young man named Nick. He is very welcoming and nice. He has took our order twice and both times very good customer service. Hope he stays around !!
Has great views good place to sit to see Ocean. Food is lacking, poorly made, dry, doesn't taste good, not the best Whataburger, I've been to. It's really sad considering such a beautiful location
Always check your food even at the drive thru, I failed to do so and they messed up my order. So simple of an order a Jr CHEESEburger with small fry. Thought to myself "how could they mess it up?" But they did. Charged me extra for cheese and didn't give me any..... cheeseburger means cheese on it? Go back to school or listen to the order better please an thanks SMH
They were open Thanksgiving!! And the curbside employee was genuinely happy to be serving me!
Everything was good except the store in infested with mosquitos! I have never seen a swarm like this inside a building before! This store needs sprayed to keep them away!
For an establishment that appears to be fully staffed and open for business 24hrs, they were very slow with getting the food out and getting orders wrong. The oil used for fries, onion rings, and other fried items needs to be cleaned out. Notice the onion rings in the picture? That's a clear sign that it is time to empty the old oil and add some new oil. Management needs to address the latency issue as well as upgrade the training for new employees and the cleanliness...this is definitely not in keeping with Whataburger standards.
I ordered a chicken patty and 4 meat patties. It took 20 minutes to get my order. I watched numerous people order after me but get burgers before me. Mine required nothing but cooking and tossing on a plate. It was to go but I was given no napkins or utensils and there were no forks in the lobby.
