Went to the drive thru and ordered a patty melt with large onion rings and medium sprite. Got to the window and they gave my food to the car in front of me because he ordered a patty melt with fries. By the time they got it figured out and fixed my food was cold and tried to give me the other cars drink (root beer) even after knowing they messed up. Plus my large onion rings was only half a container with 8 onion rings in it just as cold as the cold patty melt. The sprite was horrible and tasted like it was out of the mix or the machine was empty!? I had To dump it out because I couldn’t even drink it!
Plenty of parking, there is a few tables for sitting outside. Food was fresh and quick! Peppermint shake was amazing! Service was friendly and professional. Self service for drinks and condiments. Restroom is a single private toilet. Would definitely recommend!
Stopped here while traveling, only because all my friends have been recommending it. Im so happy i ate here and my family loved it two! Sauces on burgers are unique and Good. Spicy Ketchup was amazing i cant believe i haven’t seen it before. Ingredients were fresh and good size burgers. Friendly and great attitude staff, cared about making things right and kept working hard on a bussy eclipse day.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Whataburger on November 27. The customer service was abysmal—staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. To make matters worse, the food was just as bad. My order was incorrect, the burger was cold and sloppy, and the fries were stale. I expected so much more from Whataburger, but this visit left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I ordered Apple cranberry salad with grilled chicken but they gave me Cobb salad with fried chicken. I found when i reached home. Yhis is the second time they did this to me. I am not satisfied with the food and with their service.
No napkins, no straws, how are you supposed to drink your tea in the car, I guess you have to ask for everything. The girl at the window was nice, but we didn't get the essentials.
As of today. I am disappointed. I did a pickup order. I asked for extra Buffalo and extra ranch on my chicken sandwich. No ranch and a little of Buffalo. I also asked for cups of Buffalo sauce and a cup of ranch, i only got the ranch.. I also asked for ketchup and spicy ketchup. I didn't get any ketchup. What upsets me more is I asked the young lady if the Buffalo, ranch and ketchup was in the bag. She said yes.. also I asked for a large dr pepper, I got a medium..
Waited a bit for our food, but not unusual since burgers are made to order. Was a surprise when we got our burgers they were cold. On the way pout, there was a dead mouse!
