The worst service they forgot to put my cinnamon rolls and they gave me medium coffees instead of large ones I spoke with the manager Michael I returned to the store. There were 6 employees and after 15 minutes the security guard asked me if I needed anything and he helped me and then he gave me my cinnamon rolls I really do not recommend this place The staff needs training and the manager really needs some advice and training on how to serve customers Terrible service, terrible attitude. Congratulations to the security guard.
Visiting from out of town and was taken here to experience a regional favorite. It’s fun to try fast food that’s not one of the major national chains. They seem to use good ingredients - the burger tasted great. The interior definitely wasn’t the most modern but it was relatively clean. I’d certainly try it again when I’m back.
Very busy restaurant but french fries were served cold. Second batch were hotter but were more like potato chips than french fries (dried out and tasteless). Chicken sandwich was served without cheese and green chili. Server brought two slices of ice cold cheese with the green chili after repeated prodding. Won't be going back here anytime soon.
I order from Whataburger frequently through Uber eats and almost every time without fail they mess up my order. It sucks because the food is great, but I almost expect them to not get it right, because they have like a 10% success rate (in my experience) please check your orders before sending them off, I’m sick of this.
The place is really clean and there still cleaning. Great customer service most of all and most important this food is fresh and tasty and clean as well the fries you can tell are cooked in New grease good job the crew here did today it is 11:49 on Tuesday, November 12 I'm very satisfied thanks guys
I've enjoyed their food for years, they're clean and they get our order right. There were 3 of us today and the meal was $40ish. For gluten-free, we just ask for no bun. Don't forget to ask for catsup. The restaurant is at the corner of an intersection, so during high traffic times, it's easiest to exit back around the building onto 2nd Street then make a u-turn if needed. Enjoy.
Dang. The burgers are bigger than I thought. Seriously, a double burger from here is bigger than your other fast food places. Tasty sandwich, tasty fries, took a little while to get it but was worth the time. The price seems a little steep but honestly after seeing the portions the price seems fair. Friendly service here.
Went in late morning on a Saturday for breakfast and ordered the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal with hash brown sticks and coffee which was very good.
The place needs help with personnel as there's not enough people as service was slow. Staff doesn't appear to be happy.
It's a relatively small place but clean and bathroom on right side. The parking lot is very small so you should consider street parking.
