Best WLM Reviews
After running some errands, driving towards home, we noticed that big W beacon in the sky. We decided to drop in and ordered take out, but walked inside. We ordered the new menu item called, Whatawings. These are an order of 10 boneless chicken wings, tossed in some Whataburger buffalo sauce, (they offer many different flavors & heat) served with ranch, or blue cheese, for your dipping pleasure. The Whatawings were finger licking good, I was pleasantly surprised, and I would most definitely recommend you trying them for yourselves. They were so good, we ate them before we made it home, hence no photos to show, sorry.
Irlanda was my cashier. She was the sweetest, and the only reason I'm even writing a review. She was so kind to me which I really appreciated after a long night ????
They gals at the counter were nice, food was hot, fresh and pretty darn quick.
This was a sad trip. I had been told by so many of friends in Texas and out on the West Coast that this place was one of the best places to get a burger ever. I was lied to. As i'm sure you'll be able to tell from the photos, the burgers were put together lazily without any real effort, they were VERY salty, and the quality and caring of the employees there was very low in general. I am hoping this was a one off, but I am very hesitant to try another Whataburger after this experience.
I am a Uber eats driver. I went there today to get a order for a3 customer and waited over 45 mins. I never got the order because they were ignoring me. I asked several times for my customers order. But got ignored by the employee there, This is the worst Whataburger in El Paso for service . I won't go there ever again to pickup a order. So beware delivery drivers you are in for a long wait. This is a lame place to get food.
I ordered a plain and dry only bacon cheese jalapeños and onions a side order of onion ring and fries i got to the hospital where my family member was at and the burger had no bacon no cheese and it had mustard i went back and gave them back the whole bag so they could give me everything fresh and hot since everything was cold from taking it back and forth and they only gave me a new burger and they said we can’t give you hot fries or onion rings since we ran out of them ao i guess if they mess up and you eat you food cold because of them then it’s your fault and you eat everything cold ????????♂️ unacceptable i will not be buying from any whataburger anymore ever since it’s not Texas family owned anymore it’s not edible anymore plus the employees don’t help out the branch with the customer service they give on all whataburgers this was night shift 09/06/2024
They brought out my chicken sandwich raw and when I went to return it I asked for a burger instead because I got grossed out. They never brought it out, asked for a refund. The manager never checked in to see if I got my food. Terrible service!!
Food is good just been getting low fries when ask to whatasize plus meat is sometimes cold or warm not freshly made and wait time is over 20 mnts om drive thru
