If you go after dark it's a good 20 minute wait time even if you order ahead. I've been given someone else's order multiple times, fries rarely even fill the carton. I started going to a different store just to get what I ordered and in a timely matter. Daytime crew is totally different. Fast efficient and friendly-0h and correct
What can I say about Whataburger well WHAT A BURGER indeed. even my phone can't handle the awesomeness that is this Texas sized American hallmark, it keeps stopping the recording, let me tell you this here will happen, you will have it. SO Whataburger it is the best, America's best, it is everything that is American. Came to your face whole from Texas now it's for you to make sweet American style love to, everywhere, anywhere eat it everyday all day (don't do that can kill you if you invest that much awesomeness humans aren't ment to contain the nectar of Texas in such quantities), but it's delicious and you'll love it anytime you do. Just like I do when I eat it all the time every day possible! You will love everything about it like I do and you'll feel just as American as I do and you'll scream out America America America America with fries (ohh sweet golden fries) filling your face whole (but not falling out) then quenching your thirst with sweet delicious iced tea and filling the cracks with a uniquely flavored shake or malt ahhhhhhhhh!! TEXAS SIZED AMERICAN yesss!!
This was our first visit on the way to Arkansas. It's a new design. It's very well lit and clean. Upon walking in, we were greeted. We ordered and scanned the app. 8 minutes later, our food was brought to the table. All of the food items were hot ????. The service was great ???? and the lobby attendant came by and asked if 2 of my family members would like a refill. We were very impressed.She did a great job. If we're back in this area again, we will definitely stop at this Whataburger
I went to the store this morning 10/19/24, the staff was extremely friendly. The manager walked around and checked on us, than helped and elderly man with the door as he left. Super impressed.
My family and I came into Whataburger 10/16/2024 lunch time around 12 and the management was amazing. The young lady was very nice to my family making we had everything we needed, it's so refreshing to be at a fast food restaurant and get this kind of care. Thank you Whataburger!!!
Food never disappoints me, but sadly at this specific Whataburger the service was HORRID. I handed $80 dollars for my total, it was $69.87 and she put the whole amount into the register and started to walk away (told her and I got my change) then took 20 min to get the food for me to be missing a fry and 2 ranches. Like I said the food was great, but the service ????
We purchased a Whataburger, fries and drink combo, as well as Whatawings and a second drink. I’m being generous with my rating giving the restaurant ⭐️⭐️because my husband liked the burger and we both thought the fries were good. As for the Whatawings, they were nothing more than “saucy nuggets”…VERY small (with most of them about being the size of McDonald’s nuggets) and clearly NOT worth the rather hefty price tag of $1.10 per nugget ($10.00 for an order of 9). Add to that a medium drink for $2.80 (or make it a meal for an extra $3.49, and you have a very expensive but highly unsatisfying meal. As to the quality of the nuggets themselves, the ones we ordered were drenched in a sauce similar to (but not as tasty as…and FAR more acidic than) the Panda Express orange sauce. There was so much sauce, it was all I could taste. I would have liked the dish better if I could have ordered the sauce on the side instead. Unfortunately, you can get plain nuggets with any sauce on the side EXCEPT sweet-spicy.
To sum it up, the high prices and disappointing nuggets ruined the experience for us. Whataburger is no longer the great brand we remember from years ago, and I doubt we’ll return despite the free burger we earned. There are far better places to spend $12+ per meal.
This was a clean location inside and out.
Ordering for dine in through the app was simple and quick.
At the counter we were greeted by friendly people. They were smiling and polite. They were ready for us.
The food, as always, was served quickly, hot, and fresh. All had good flavor. I love the spicy ketchup.
During down time the dining attendant was cleaning. Good to see people keeping the area clean and safe for all.
We will return when in the area.
