I will never eat here again. I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese taquitos and one bacon (well done) egg and cheese taquito. I also ordered biscuits with sausage gravy. All taquitos were bacon and all the bacon looked like it was cooked for about 5 seconds. Disgusting!!! I received no sausage taquitos at all. The sausage gravy was yellow because of the 1/2 inch layer of grease on top. I will absolutely never eat here again. Shut this location down before you kill someone from sickness. Absolutely the worst!!!! Shameful!! If you happen to call and speak to the manager, get ready for rude and immature back talk. Worst experience ever!
Can see (un)frozen bag of chicken strips from the drive through window sitting next to the coffee station. Very disgusted and food was room temp. Very nervous about getting sick from here. Stay away from this location.
Payed for extra ranch and was given no ranch. Ordered boneless wings and wasn’t given a fork, no straw or napkins & cold French fries in a held empty fry container. Wings had barely any sauce on them. Wont waste my money here again.
The food was hot when we got it at the window, so that's a plus. However, the drive-thru wait time was too long. We waited nearly 30 minutes in a line of only 4 cars. Any other location would be a lot quicker. I will say, however, that the customer service wasn't that bad. They made sure to get my order correctly before making me wait in line that was at a standstill.
I'm not sure if they were backed up with big take out orders or they were just short-handed. But from the time we ordered, until we received our food, was between 15-20 minutes. Much longer wait than I've ever experienced with a What-a-burger!
I love Whataburger Patty Melts. Although I am now worried about food poisoning because one of my thin patties was still raw. I tried for due diligence and called Whataburger, no one answered the phone. So my fellow A-Town people check your beef, before you eat.
One redeeming quality for the visit was the french fries and their marvelous ketchup.
Walked in, and there were 3 people behind d the counter. None of them greeted me and just let me stand there in line by myself. A young man with a trainer titke on his shirt was hollering for someone to bring a register key. After I made a gesture, I was told that there was only one register open. I'm certain one register is enough to wait on customers, especially a single customer.
Please teach these kids what superior customer service is. They have no clue.
When my order was completed, the three employees working the counter left it in the ready rack. The employee working the drive-through was aware and called my number when she noticed the ready order.
Your staff needs a lot of training.
Hamburgers so cold that the cheese wasn't melted. I couldn't see the cheese is was so small. I took it them to the counter and able to pick up hamburger meat with my bare hands . They forgot my husbands shake he had to go and ask for it
The dining room was very cold. I could understand if the store would been busy but it wasn't at all. Very sad????
