I have been trying to give this location a chance. By adding time to my app order by 10 min then by 15. But when I put in an app order 10 before I arrive and still have to wait 20 more min because people inside are also waiting on app orders......well enough is enough.

Ordered a Patty Melt Whatameal, medium iced tea and fries????, a brownie and an apple pie. Got a deal for the Whatameal. Everything was good as expected and the tea was fresh and not from a day or two old. I didn't mind waiting but they did take a few minutes longer than my app receipt said but everything was ok, had plenty of time. First time dining in here, there was not many inside. (July 20)
I ate here even though they didn't want to give me good customer service and I was attacked for eating there and paying my money for the food. They gave me an old chicken sandwich and was quite impressed that I paid $12 for a "SPICY" chicken sandwich.
Please do not arrive after 8 p.m. The store is attempting to cut costs so drastically that they have only three employees working, all of whom have poor attitudes. Additionally, they've hired people who do not speak any English. I waited at the counter for 17 minutes before anyone took my order, and there was no hint of an apology. I had brought my out-of-town friends, praising this location, but I will not be returning. The franchise owner needs to personally experience shopping at this store if they care at all about the brand.
I told the night manager, I was in a hurry. The manager didn't realize it was because I was at another store that treated me pretty badly, but, regardless, they gave excellent service and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent experience.
Went in around 6:30 Sunday morning no one greeted me. Stood at count for at least 30 seconds. When someone came to counter she punch some buttons on register. When started to order she said one moment I think she said whatever she said so low could not hear what she said. Think it was one moment because she walked off and started fiddling with something. Did not have time to stay around because of work. If store is open there should be a drawer ready to go if that was what she was trying to get when she walk away. The manager looked to be cleaning the fryers.

The ultimate late-night munchies haven! I’m not kidding! The crew there is like a bunch of friendly human—so patient with everyone. We hit up the drive-thru (I was the designated sober driver, while my pals were on a liquid diet) and let each person order their own feast. Sure, some orders took a little longer because of the slurred speech—who knew “cheeseburger” could sound like “cheese-burrrr”?—but honestly, they treated us like royalty!
