Took forever just for a biscuit and gravy and the gravy was watery. They let my other food get cold while they waited. Asked for no ice in my drink. They put ice and it was watery and nasty. Couldn’t drink it. Other locations are consistent. This one is not.

I placed in online order. I wanted to be able to just be able to get to the restaurant and drive up to pick up my order. I swear to God!!! They took so long the guy in the front car literally fell asleep. I had to get off my car and knock on his window. So that he could move forward. The staff didn't even care. They were just walking around not doing anything inside the restaurant. Once I was able to pull up to the front. I just got off my car. And went inside. Which i did NOT WANT TO DO. When I got off. The staff was very rude. I was not greeted coming in. The place looked very dirty. And the staff did not double check my order. They just tossed the bag to me. I reminded them I had ordered coffee along with the order. I HAD TO WAIT AM EXTRA 10 MINUTES FOR THE COFFEE. Please keep in mind i had already waited in the drive threw 20. I got off the car. Which defeated the purpose of placing the order for drive threw so I wouldn't have to get off. And than having to wait more. Please keep in mind i was coming from the hospital visiting a sick relative. And than I get home there is NO SYRUP FOR THE PANCAKES. NO BUTTER. IT'S A SHAME!!! This happens to me every time I go to this establishment. It makes me sad because I keep going trying to see if things have improved... but sadly no. I'm going to put all my experiences. On your reviews so people can see the ugly service to expect. So they don't say someone didn't warn them
Super friendly staff... and food rreeealll goood
Whoever attended the Drive Through at 10:50 pm today Monday, November 18, was a great worker. Very attentive and professional guy. Employers you better treat him well, and pay him decently.
It's a fast food restaurant, I came in just to have a burger and run to the Chayanne concert. The girl who took my order was very kind and was very fast, but the waiting time was a bit odd. The food was overall ok, I think the best of it were the french fries definitely, my double burger was quite sad as the picture indicates but overall it had that onion flavor I enjoy.
I'm not fully satisfied with today. I ordered online and they couldn't have put the gravy in a different bag. So when I got to school and opened the single bag I got the gravy was empty and spilled over the food. I wish you guys would be careful with placing items in a bag or put it in a separate bag. I used to work for whataburger I know the stress of a rush but pay attention to detail next time.

French fries container gets full every time unlike other locations
This is what fast food is supposed to be like! We ordered two medium meals with drinks and fries for $24. With inflation the way it is, that’s a great price for where we’re from. Service was speedy, we probably waited 8-10 minutes. The mushroom Swiss burger is no longer available at this time so I went with the double green Chile burger and my husband got the triple. We were both incredibly happy with our choices. The Chile burger has just enough spice and it was so juicy and HEFTY! The triple even more so! I got onions rings which were perfectly crispy
And not burnt, same for the fries. The spicy ketchup is a bonus here! Will definitely come again, a fun treat to try when in Texas! P.S. the music was surprisingly good inside!
