The cashier that took our order does NOT need to be on the front counter because she is not a people's person. I walked in, and she was standing at the cash register and just staring at us after pressing a few buttons and did not say anything to welcome us or if she is ready to take our order yet. I had to ask her if she was ready, and she just said yea and just was very, very unwelcoming and rude.
I got home after a long drive to realize that the burger I had ordered PLAIN was in fact not plain. Not to mention that I already went back to get my sauce that they forgot to put in the bag. That I paid for. I called twice and waited no response.
I need a negative number to rate what this location has turned into. This used to be the best Whataburger in town it’s right down the street from us we ate there about once a week I’m posting two pictures from The last visit I had which will absolutely be the last visit I have this is terrible the line is always extremely long it always takes at least 30 minutes to get your order and a lot of times it’s not right, the previous visit I ordered a burger with no onions and they put extra extra onions on it I’m done
Came in on 9/22/2024 at 7:09am. Ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger with medium fries to go. I get home a little after 8am. Started eating close to 8:30am. Food was good but towards the last couple of bites of my burger, I realized I was chewing on something weird. Took it out and it's a piece of plastic. A damn piece of plastic in my food! I made a review a couple of years ago saying how crappy this place is but decided to give it another shot. The last couple of times I there, it was ok. But with how it was when I went in this morning, I should've just left like my guy told me. Now I'm hoping that I didn't swallow some that I may not have noticed and get sick.
Quamethia, gave us top service!! She went out of her way to ensure that my niece got her grilled cheese sandwich. She provided us with great knowledge about the menu and, lastly her smile was everything. Thank you for making this experience a great one!!!
RUDE!!! The person at the drive thru treats you like you spit on his face, like if you are bothering him for making him work. I asked for sweet tea I get unsweetened tea and I asked for jalapeños and bacon to be added to my burger and I WAS CHARGED, but no they were not added to my burger. Now I drive 5 or so miles away to get good service and good food
I ordered a mobile order that took over 30 minutes to receive due to this location having an employe outside about to fight and yelling with the manager. I’m not sure of these employees names, but when I did get to give my name for my order, your staff that was taken my order was very unprofessional and ghetto. I had to repeat my name all the four times, just for her to pause and say she didn’t hear again and again . Let’s add that I got to the window and the drive through employee literally had his phone to his ear talking. The employee that was outside came back and was handling drive through again i got to the window at 4:27am and was told to pull forward because they are about to make my order. I ordered my food at 4:00am I understand having to wait 5-7 minutes like the app states but 30 minutes? The food taste great but the service is horrible!! I uploaded a picture also of me sitting in the front waiting for an order that I placed at 4:00am. At 4:40 I received an order that WASSNT EVEN MINE. I tried to inform the person that it was wrong by the drink and he responded with “well that’s what the recipe says “. Here I am at 4:43 still waiting for my order that was placed at 4:00am. I finally received my order at 4:48am. The food was fresh and tasted great but service was a no. No apologies nothing
General manager had a nasty attitude and not very well trained on his to deal with the daily responsibilities of Whataburger. Absolutely no communication skills. I had to online orders weeks apart that I felt was incomplete. I called to address orders and the general manager started raising her voice unprofessionally I ended the call and called corporate. The office. The owner and corporate needs to address the general manager for her on the job misconduct.
