Stopped on my way home from work ordered a biscuits and gravy. I got home gravy was all over the bag. Looked at the container the gravy was water down
And nasty biscuit tasted like cardboard
It was lunch time .not to busy but busy .and they seem to not know who the worker and customer was . Food was delicious
So I specifically ordered BBQ chicken strip sandwich I called the store talk to the manager and I told her hey it won't let me change certain things online got in contact with the manager told her that it wouldn't allow me to change certain options online so she said that she'll take care of it for me just give her my name. Will all they have to do is add honey butter to my chicken strip sandwich. And remove the barbecue well when I got my order it got here with no honey butter or barbecue sauce and she's blaming the third party she's blaming how busy it is and she's been very rude to me telling me that I'm threatening her and she will call the cops on me if I go up there I told her I want to refund. Because I specifically asked for sure tonight and said she's not going to get my money back that all she can do is change the sandwich out that I got to go up there and and change it. On top of that she was being very rude very unprofessional screaming at me and hung up on me I don't recommend you going anymore I'm going to get in touch with the corporate in the morning and we're going to get to take care of
I lost faith in the Whataburger on Main and 35E, so I went back to my tried and true location #541 on W Southwest Pkwy. I can say without a doubt this was the best experience I've had in a very long time! I placed my order through the Whataburger app for pickup, like I usually do. I chose curbside and waited for maybe 60 seconds. Johnathan brought me my drink and told me that he would have my food out in just a few minutes. He returned inside and came back about a minute later and told me that they were making my food fresh and that it would be a little bit of a wait, which I completely appreciated. Not only did I appreciate the fresh food, but I also appreciated that he was keeping me in the loop with why there was going to be a wait. I may have waited a total of 5 minutes for my food to come out. Johnathan was very polite and gave great customer service! He alone restored my faith in Whataburger and I will continue to be a faithful patron to this location. My food was hot and fresh. Even better is that it was completely correct for the first time in a very long time! I hope to see Johnathan again on my next visit. His friendly and smiling face was a great way to end my long day. Thank you again!
i go in this whataburger at least 2 times a week. i have had one order wrong and it never happened again Nicole when i go in there she is always working and making sure everything is right with an order. she is a plus for this company Thanks Nicole for always making sure my order is right
This fast food is totally disrespectful, the floor is so greasy, the tables so dirty, the team totally disorganized, it smells of greasy smoke everywhere.
I had a trouble to breathing because it was so smoky.
The orders lying on the counter, the cups you are given lying on the counter.
I strongly advise management to open their eyes and react especially with regard to cleaning and smoke in the room.
The smoke extraction vents must be completely clogged.
The nastiest whataburger I have ever been to even my soda was nasty you can taste when a business does not clean their soda knobs . The chicken was hard old, the fries were mixed with old hard fries , the tomato was so soggy I couldn’t pick it off my sandwich . Not to mention the lettuce was so dark with brown residue on it
Got home to find no ketchup, which I asked for twice and barely any fries. The burger and fries I did get were super cold. I live less than a mile from the location, and drove straight home. This location is getting worse and worse. No point and taking it back because I can already tell you it will be a mess if you try to complain. Never again
