This Whataburger has improved in many ways from what it was about a year ago.
Management are very kind, the food is cooked well, and the French fries are my favorite.
To top it off, management has improved to fix our order when something wasn’t right.
I recommend going here and advice to please be patient if your order takes alittle bit longer than expected, especially during busy hours.
My order number 553575 today is December 19, 2024. I purchased the double meat burger and it was the best burger I have had from Whataburger in a very long time the cook he did the best with his burger. He deserves a huge pat on the back Because this burger was perfect from the meat to the vegetables to the piece of cheese I had on it to the freshness of the bread the bun it was perfect reward him greatly. I even called up and thanked him for the service I received on this day, and I spoke with the manager. Thanks again Whataburger you picked a good one with the cook you have.
Haven’t eaten whataburger in years! Decided to get it since I had a taste for it. I got the chicken strips and they were so old and cold!! The fries tasted like plastic and I’m sure sat there for over 30 minutes..Like at least give me fresh fries if the meal is going to be cold!! Yuck! I couldn’t wait to run home so I could leave a review.. it’ll be another 4 years before i eat here again. If i do eat here again
I went here during lunch hour and there was only one table open when I got there. The woman at the cashier informed us that it would probably be a long wait which I was ok with. But even though they were being slammed by the crowd they got the orders correct without too much of a wait. And food was great. They did a great job. Brought the food to our table which wasn't necessary considering. But I appreciate the customer service
Honestly the slowest one they have. Staff move glacially slowly. They obviously don’t get along with each other and it shows. 40 minutes today for one burger. Only one window working at the drive through. Terrible. Food is cold by the time you get it from the window. And you can’t escape the line because there’s only one lane. Worst location in the metroplex.

The staff was engaging and friendly. I would say 5s, but there were a few hiccups that made me choose 4.
The restrooms were locked and people were given the code without hesitation as if it was a normal thing to give out without a purchase. I would say given how it was treated, either be more secure with the code, or don't have them locked in general.
Ordered at the drive through, did not receive multiple things I ordered and payed for. Also found weird things on chicken strips.
The people are always nice and my order is always correct but they are so slow! I have never gotten my food in less than 15 minutes. One morning I waited over 40 minutes and I didn't have a choice because I was in the drive through. The inside is even slower!
