This is the SECOND time the drive thru has messed up an easy order. #1, no onions, sliced jalapeños. The fries were nice, flimsy and cold. It wasn't even that busy! I don't know HOW their rating is so high because this place is horrible.
Is this what you call order accuracy? I know this is not whataburger standards I know this because I can tell people need to be retrained thanks I’ll call whataburger support later about this incident and will go to the office next week to show what slack is going on I hope that you don’t serve this to corporate employees or secret shopers because this is really bad for your team at this location do Better or retrain your employees
Came in for coffee but decided to get a Cobb salad to go as well.
Orders backed up and so many people were waiting. I enjoyed my coffee while waiting with everyone else.
An order got mixed up and the woman at the counter said "throw it out" we all gasped! Why not put all of the mixed up orders in an area then donate to anyone that cannot not pay or give to the countless homeless wandering around!!
Almost an hour later my salad was taken out of the fridge {premade) and given to me.
The lid of my container smelled like onions and was greasy. Disgusting. Used a napkin to wipe it off, thought the salad had onions but nope.
I ate the salad but was grossed out by the smell.
The cashier at the front was very nice, thanked everyone for our patience.
Busy night due to the 4th of July, just crazy unorganized is all.
The restaurant is open twenty four hours seven days a week. It's almost always crowded because the food is good and the service is good. Due to the crowd she might have to wait a little while.But that's because the place is so popular. The burger and fries are especially good. Needless to say, this is a fast food franchise so it is typical of a really good.Whataburger
MANAGER Amrais clearly doesn't manage priorities. Multiple orders standing by no fries clears orders for time sake shift change is occurring but no one was placed on fries clearly states were short John wants make labor this week. Not our issue and the food that's done is sitting there just needs fries to give to customer. Not the first time we had poor srvc from this location and we avoid at all cost.
Every time I go there I order 2 drinks and they never bring me a Carrier for the drinks. A lot of cars nowadays, they're not big enough for those large drinks. So managers need to have them bring out a Carrier every time I have to ask for Carrier. I just got to point I just bring my own. But thr food is good n hot no problems with that are.
Trash location. They lack basic customer service skills. We ordered online and selected drive through pick up and waited behind 10 cars . We were told to get off and get our order. Once inside, clueless cashier couldn't find the order and wanted us to step aside as she continued to take more orders. Employees find it hard to do basic things. They finally found the order and we waited another 20 to 30 mins. we were never given out order. Once we asked again, they got it off the counter and handed it to us. They just left it sitting there and didn't let us know once it was ready. Waiting an hour is ridiculous. Avoid this location.
Placed my door dash order at 9:28 my dasher was there by 9:35, was told repeatedly whataburger was still working on my order, the first dasher assigned to my order left the restaurant due to how long it was taking and someone else took over i didn’t receive my food until 10:50 mind you i only live about 4 minutes away and my food was COLD. fries COLD AND SOGGY. this is ridiculous! who is managing this place!? Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE.
