I pull up, and the voice on the speaker is pleasant and nice. Then I moved on to get my food. I told the lady at the window, they don't send me offers anymore... what's up with that?" She replied "I know they used to send a lot". I was like "it's the Chicago greedy corporation they sold y'all to". She agreed and charged me. ???? So I get my order which was neatly closed and went on my way. I get home to less than half a box of a whatasized fries that are sideways in the bag, this is a ploy they use to say that it's how the fries fit in order to be able to close the bag. Then I open the burger to find it's so messy and disgusting. I asked for ketchup and mayo instead of mustard ???? and they put the whole bottle of ketchup and mayo. I wanna know who hurt the person who made my burger ????? Like I want it made with happiness and love again, not with anger and hatred and disdain for life! ???????? Why did y'all have to sell out! This Whataburger whatasucks!
So sad to have been disappointed. The burger was cold, cheese not melted, even after they said that they would make me a fresh one. We waited a very long time for our order. The drive thru is crazy busy. Walking inside was not a great decision.
My experience at this location (Nolana near McColl) is way different from other locations.

I went during my lunch time. It was busy, but I didn't wait too long.Someone took my order outside in drive thru, but it was quick. The only thing is that they messed up on my order which I ordered a #5 and got something else (see picture). However when I called the Manager she was able to assist me. Due to me going during my lunch she said I could go back with the receipt to get the order I had originally requested. I still haven't gone back, but I will post how it goes.
Dining room freezing........ridiculous!!!!!!...I politely asked if it could be adjusted......their response was NO, it cannot be. I had a medical procedure just 4 days earlier and had to sit in what felt like FREEZER and eat my meal. I am a regular , rather said was a regular at this location....I nor my family will be visiting this location.
I primarily do online curbside orders. If you go through the window/order at the counter, I haven't had too many issues but mobile orders at this location have left me rethinking placing an order. This is the closest one to me and have done a good amount of mobile curbside orders. Every single time there's something missing/wrong w my order. They also take a really long time. One morning I had to just drive away without my food to make it to work on time and that's cause I ordered and got there with more than enough time to make it. Another time I was missing my fries. Little things I can deal with. Today though I ordered 2 burgers. A #2 w the only modification as mayo instead of mustard. That was not done. They even added cheese which was not requested. The 2nd was a bacon avocado burger also w mayo instead of mustard. Not only did i not get any mayo but I was missing the bacon part of the BACON AVOCADO burger.... personally I'm gonna start mobile ordering from a different location. In person/drive thru is good, but if you're thinking of mobile ordering maybe try a different location or something else altogether.
Paid at the drive thru. Got told to pull up to the yellow line. Waited 30 mins, nobody showed up. Called in and told them, came out immediately, “Oh, it’s fresh.” Asked for refund, “Manager” came out, here’s your money. ????♂️ Trash service.
They made my order less than four minutes than I got picked up right on time. Great customer service
