For a fast food (hamburger) chain, Whataburger is top-notch. I had the Bacon & Cheese large bun (5 inch) with cheddar and guacamole and French fries. The burger was spectacular, the fries were average. Whataburger was celebrating its birthday, so meals came with a free orange-vanilla shake, which was delicious. We used the automated kiosk at the counter to order and found it to be simple to navigate. They give you a number tent and bring your order to you when it is ready. Our service was excellent. The manager, Wes, was courteous and professional.
Great location. Restaurant is clean and well ran. The staff was helpful. Ordering was quick. The food is served hot and fresh. The meat was hot while the topping are cold. Just like it should be. Amazingly good. The taste is unlike any other burger joint.
One of Gallatin’s newer fast food restaurants. The order takes a little longer than expected, but the order is made fresh.
The staff was friendly and polite. There was a misunderstanding on the order, but quickly resolved. Not my favorite hamburger, but still a good burger.

I worked at Whataburger 40 plus years ago in Florida. Met my 2nd husband there while I was working curbside service. We are still together and planning a trip to Texas next year to celebrate our 40th anniversary, where it all began. We seek out Whataburger restaurants whenever we travel. Wish we had one in our part of Kentucky.
So I have never ever had whataburger and was hype from lots of people that it was awesome ,well I was highly disappointed! The service was rough young kids congregating and goofing off ,food quality was so so NOT awesome at all, and the atmosphere was depressing with staff goofing off . Sorry to say I will Not Be Back !???? I Really Hoped for a better experience oh well ...
Whata-SLOW Service! This is the longest wait I've ever had for fast food. This food is not fast by anyone's standards. Got 20 minutes to waste while waiting for a sandwich?...then this is your place.
Hamburger was great with all the toppings. Came on grand opening and staff was very friendly. They gave out Whataburger swag merchandise while waiting in line . I also got a pair of Whataburger sunglasses . They have a limited menu right now due to just opening this new location. They have great apple pies which I hope they will have my next visit .
