I've never been to a Whataburger before. I wish y'all had a Chicago location. It was my first time trying y'all and y'all did not disappoint. My breakfast bowl was very flavorful and satisfying.
Poor drive through service. Placed an order and requested the drive through attendant to repeat my order to ensure accuracy. Order was repeated correctly but when I arrived to the window the order was incorrect and instead of simply fixing my order the attendant argued the inaccuracy of the order.
Service unsatisfactory.
I had a bad experience here. I went for their grand opening and even though they were busy, it took them way longer than expected. I ordered an avocado bacon burger, an order of chicken bites, and an order of onion rings.
I ordered at 7:27pm inside the restaurant. They had a full staff of teenagers who were gossiping and not focusing on their task at hand. They probably had about 20 teenagers with 3 adults. After the people behind me got their orders, I questioned the person at the counter about my order. She asked the teenager working who went to another teenager who said she didn't know about my order. Finally, I flagged down an adult manager who said they were waiting on the chicken bites. It was 7:47pm at this point. I then saw the manager go to the teenager working the chicken station and they argued back and forth. The manager then told me it would be three minutes before my order was ready. Sure enough, three minutes later, the manager gave me my order of chicken bites. No burger. No onion rings. I then showed him my receipt and he apologized and said the rings were ready and out them in a bag for me. I then asked about my burger and they made it right then. It took close to 25 minutes to get my "fast food."
Hopefully, no one will have the same experience.
I went through the drive-thru for lunch. The woman was cordial and cheerful and took my order correctly; offering substitutes when I asked for something they did not carry. (Consider having Swiss cheese as an option)
Food was great! Drive-thru and parking lot were clean.
Usually the best location, today big waste of money. Burned biscuit super soggy fries.
My 1st experience at a whataburger. I don't get the hype over the food. The only thing good was the white chocolate mint shake. Burgers, chicken sandwich and fries were all meh. Not worth the money.
Service was great, but they forgot my Xtra medium fries and toast bread for the #13 asked for the fries and didn't notice the toast wasn't in my order till I started eating. #14 isn't good without the toast.
No matter how good the service they want to provide to their customers, the food takes a long time to be delivered. It took me 23 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. I really like Whataburger, but they don't provide the service that the other Whataburger restaurants provide. This is my first and last time visiting this location.
