The food was well prepared fast and correct. Condiments are brought to your table in a tray with lots of choices. ( Thats a unique approach). I liked it. Lots of bench and chair seating. Large windows and ample parking. The access is a bit tricky and on a busy street, so be careful. There are now several Whataburger’s in town after waiting for years. I have visited different ones.
We were very excited to give a second try to Whataburger in a new location, but we found ourselves disappointed again. We waited at least 40 minutes in line in the drive thru, the left lane goes a little faster so stick to that one! Sauces are 70cents each and it's not advertised in the menu. Out of everything we got, the patty melt was the only delicious thing. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy but so very dry..the fries were cold and stale. We will probably give it another chance, maybe go inside next time.
I would not recommend ordering online for curbside pickup at this location, especially if you're on a tight schedule. The service is consistently slow, and it seems like they can’t handle the demand, particularly during lunch and dinner hours.
I’ve visited this location numerous times since it opened, mostly for breakfast or lunch. The early morning crew is fantastic—no complaints there. However, during lunch and dinner, the service is consistently slow, and they often miss the pickup window by 5-7 minutes. While that’s annoying, it’s not the worst part.
On one occasion, I waited curbside for 15 minutes before calling the store, only to be told they were still preparing my drink. It took them another 5 minutes to bring my order out, making me 5 minutes late to work. For someone who values punctuality, that was unacceptable.
Today, I gave them another chance, but after waiting 20 minutes past the delivery window, I called the store again. This time, they came out quickly. I was told my food had been sitting on the warmer, but someone failed to notify a team member to bring it out. It was not fresh, which just added to my frustration.
I’ve submitted a complaint in the past, but I never received any follow-up, and I don't expect any now. After today’s experience, I don’t plan to return. This location simply cannot be trusted to provide timely or reliable service.
No paper towels in the bathroom, had to have wet hands after washing, no napkins in the store, had to wash hands during meal multiple times and re-wet them, no straws in the restaurant either and I ordered a shake. Also the food tasted like I could have made it out of materials you could buy at Walmart, and I'd make it better.
Also, my friends' fries were super cold.

Going from truck to truck with the store supplies is an irresponsible practice.
Gotta work on some things
We went opening day and have been back once. Both times, the food was prepared very fresh. The staff was very helpful and provided great service. I have been to a few other locations in this area and none have been as good as this location has been so far. Highly recommended, glad to have them located 10 minutes from home.!
Ordered a cheeseburger, fries and drink. Total with tax was $11.77 (cheese was not included in the price and costs extra). For $11.77 I got a terrible tasting burger that was cold and terrible tasting fries that were also cold. At least the drink was cold. I just ate at a Whataburger in South Carolina and everything was great. Don't know what happened with this restaurant. Probably won't be eating at any Whataburger any time soon. Very disappointing.
was mistakenly given someone else's order call back spoke to who I was told was a manager was told they was apologetic, and they would happily fix the mistake. Next time I was in which is over two hours away as I live in downtown Denver I come by because we like Whataburger have been used to eating Whataburger back in the east for years, so I stopped by today their manager, Miss Boyle BOYLE was very rude tell me that she just spoke to their general manager and they couldn't do anything without the receipt yet. I wasn't told that on October 30 when I called and spoke to her so-called manager so I've paid now 40 bucks for sandwiches that aren't right not once but twice very disappointed in Whataburger and rudeness.
First time (and second time) customer! Got the hatch chili burger which was awesome but the chicken Sammy was off. Too many mato’s and pickles maybe but it was only aight at best after stocking up in Pueblo. Best best, buy a burger and get well done fries at in-n-out or even see if McDonald’s has a promo but these fries went 2/2 cold and soggy. What a burger but not much anything else.
