Good and fast. All the way from West texas to South texas for a Whataburger.
Awesome service and the food was made hot and fresh. 2 employees working and they still managed to serve our group fast and the burgers were great.
Worst Terrible service!! Don't recommend this whata burger at all! They made us wait for over 30mins then got the orders wrong 3 times and didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience.one of the cashiers dont even speak Spanish. dont even deserve half of star especially the manager Paula very un professional ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Worst Whataburger ever. Do not stop; go straight to the Island one or Los Fresnos. The HE/SHE in the blue shirt was very cocky/sassy (however you want to identify IT). Almost an hour for three burgers, and the drive-thru was being parked. They kept coming in to ask what was going on with their orders, and (IT) kept smiling and saying everyone else is waiting too. The manager didn't even apologize. Nombre!
My family and I were in the area and went through the drive-thru in the outer lane, placed our order with a worker and were not serviced after about 10 or so minutes until I got done and asked about our order as no worker approached us. Then when they gave us our food, they forgot our drinks! Worse service I've had at a Whataburger and will probably not come here again. Only redeeming factor is them giving us a free drink (after walking inside to let them know about our drinks) for the "inconvenience".
Burgers are OK, service is OK too. I think I’ve had better tasting burgers. Waiter just brought the food. I had to get up and ask for ketchup, sauce and napkins. Customer service experience was not all that great for me.
Food had been sitting for awhile. Service was rude. Place was dirty. Air-conditioning hardly working. Basically it was a dump. The Whataburger in Los Fresnos is MUCH BETTER.
This place is not to be affiliated with Whataburger, it doesn't deserve the name! Far from any Whataburger in the Rio Grande Valley, it's dirty and slow to bring out the orders. 50 minutes to get my order and I was not the only person waiting, this truly is ridiculous, giving fast food a horrible name. Avoid at all cost. ????
