The sandwiches were so messy that I was not able to eat them. Ridiculously messy. Plus the Avocado, that I paid extra for, wasn't even on the sandwich. Hence the fact that it was a complete mess. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
I keep getting the same nonchalant horrible attitude from Devin grabinger, or however you spell it . Sorry if I messed that up. I never feel welcomed when I come here at night. No matter what, he makes me feel like I’m bothering him, and I shouldn’t talk to him. And the Asian descendant lady follows right behind him, with an even worse attitude. SMH. I will never understand it. If you don’t like the graveyard shift or your job, just don’t work here or that shift ???? Simple.
Being from the north, we don't have access to this chain and we were happy to test whether the hype was justified. We placed an online order and the order was ready within the anticipated time frame provided by the restaurant. It was really good for fast food. I especially enjoyed the bacon burger, the gravy, and the strawberry shake.
The line was long, but they had a very nice young lady out in the 88° taking orders. Paid by card so Paid with her, drove to the window got our fabulously yummy milkshakes and was pulled ahead to get food. Nice lady verified my order and gave us food. The food was great! Highly recommend the bacon avacado burger and the strawberry malt and the dr pepper milkshake... so ????yummy.
Besides it taking forever, there was hair in my burger. Never again am I going here, which sucks because I work close by
I work at this whataburger and I find it great here! Not only do they hire people on the autism spectrum with developmental issues, they adjust tasks to a level.to help them out occasionally. I feel welcome at whataburger and I'm surprised that I'm not just getting minimum wage at this job!
Why are they so slow I just don’t understand no matter what time of day it takes so long. One care In Line 45 minutes easy. Pre order online 44 minutes maybe. I just don’t understand
The lady working tonight was amazing and gave us the best customer service we've ever received after leaving without part of our order. We called and she proudly fixed the order and even waited to make it until we got there. Absolutely made our night! I believe she's a manager and if not she should be. She was kind, friendly and very professional.
