I can’t even begin to describe my disdain for this Whataburger. The employees clearly can’t follow directions and the manager doesn’t QC their food. Not returning to this location. If my order says “No Mustard” it means don’t put mustard on the burger. I don’t understand what’s so hard about this. This is the 3rd issue I’ve had at this Whataburger. Also on one occasion our meat was pink.
I feel like every time we go here it gets worse and worse. There is one crew on night shift that are amazing but the other night crew(s) are awful and so mean! We were treated so badly tonight! Plus forgetting half of our food, understandable, it’s busy and late, but being so rude when I went into the store to not only me but a teenager behind me, a literal child. I felt like such a burden tonight.
Thank Whataburger for donating 42 meals to our Houston Methodist Hospital during our outage!!! You were able to feed, ER Registration, police officer on ER duty, ER Doctors, ER nurses, ER PA, security, ER Techs, pharmacist, and any nurses that came down was offered a burger. We THANK YOU so much for your kind generosity in giving back to your community ????
I love this location they very friendly and positive attitude!! I love that! I went through the drive thru this time, and it was great. I was greeted when I pulled up, and I was taken care of in a timely manner! And my food was fresh and hot and package nicely! The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!!
This location has been consistently disappointing. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt because people: don't show up to work, may still be in training, etc. so I go back periodically to see if things are better than last time. However, this will be my last visit to this location (even though it is closer to where I live). When I first pulled into the drive-thru this morning, there was no one else in either lane and it was 11:31 am. There were only 3 cars parked in their lot so the dining room was not overly busy. I ordered 2 cranberry apple salads with grilled chicken- that's all. It took 19 min to receive my order. When the guy finally brought it out, he did not apologize for the long wait, and went on to the car behind me with their order. This led me to conclude that the server waited until the other order was completed before delivering mine (which should have been ready in 10 min tops, given that they were not busy when i arrived and it was only salad which probably comes pre-made). All they had to do was heat the grilled chicken and top the salad. The chicken was lukewarm when delivered; if I had not been on a tight schedule, I would have gone in to let them know that I believe their process of combining orders before delivery may save them steps, but it does not promote good customer service! There were multiple cars behind me and in both lanes when I left, but there was no one else in the drive when i first placed my order so something needs to change about this particular crew's work strategy. Perhaps the manager needs some retraining because SLOWness is consistent at this location.
If I could rate it less i would. Horrible even if you order ahead. Would not recommend. Unfriendly staff as well.
Every time I go; 5-10min wait to order, 10-15min wait to get my order. And that’s with a short line. I stopped going but still go every few months and still the same. If you have any request, they will get it wrong, guaranteed.
Worst counter service in a whataburger i have ever seen. They were slow as molasses, kept walking away, didn't know their job. Never seen this at a Whataburger before 10????!
