Used to be really good. Now twice in a row, they’ve gotten my order wrong and just not given me ketchup. Ordered a whataburger meal with just pickles and ketchup and the first time they put cheese on it. Now they’ve gone and put mustard on my burger too. And how is it possible to not provide ketchup. It’s kind of a staple condiment that honestly should be in the bag by default. I’m incredibly disappointed because this place used to be good and I stopped going to the whataburger on university because this place was better but now the quality has just gone down like crazy in a short amount of time. What a shame.
3 times in a row they forgot to put sweet and spicy burger. We had to wait + 20 minutes. Since they do it every time, I think it's intentional. Check if you have the whole order every time! Or better avoid this place!
This is a very nice store, very clean and well maintained. It's kind of hard to see because it's right next to a gas station that's on the corner, and it's a very high traffic area. The staff is very nice and polite. The restaurant iser is very clean. The restrooms stay locked with a key pad on the door. It was not very crowded as you can see from the pictures of the parking lot and inside, there were at least 4 or 5 different tables with people. I placed my order online and then came in to pick it up. I waited until I was about 6 minutes away from the place. When I arrived there and went inside, I had to wait one additional minute and my food was ready. So very fast, and it was timed to perfectly.
We arrived at the Ft Worth Dr location a little after 6 a.m. There were two customers in the inside besides us. One of those customers stood waiting for butter for her breakfast for a long time! We stood there for a LONG time while all the workers ignored us and complained to each other about their hours and having to work. We finally walked out and found better service at the Whataburger on University Dr. No one was complaining, we gave our order right away, got our food in a timely manner, and I highly recommend foregoing the Ft Worth Dr Whataburger. No one seems to want to work & be professional there. At least early in the morning!
I love this sandwich my coworker brought it to work I fell in love with it it has everything I love has bacon cheese over easy egg jalapenos ????
Service is great per usual, everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. However I don’t know how they can pass these as wings, and charge 8.99 for these the size is quite pitiful. But don’t just take my word for it, you be the judge if you would pay 8.99 for this and feel good about your purchase.
Just writing a review to say that Dawn is the heart of this store. She’s so nice & has an amazing attitude that makes everyone feel like family. I’ve watched her help people that couldn’t walk well, say hi to the regulars, & over extend herself for all the customers that come in. She knows how to make everyone feel welcome. I would say the whole morning staff deserve a shout out. Me and my daughter’s food always comes out AMAZING and the store is always clean when we come in for breakfast before I go to work.
We need a Whataburger in Minnesota!!!
