The food was good but 2 employees were running around back in forth while the “manager” (I assume with a white shirt on) sat in the car for over 45 mins minimum! Hiring anyone to fulfill the job is absurd! I really felt sorry for the 2 young ladies! Approximately around 1:30am on Thursday! They even apologized for the wait, food was fresh and hot. I was definitely expecting cold food…
We was coming in from a game Sunday night, drive thru was long, but the woman with blonde hair was rushing the orders out, which made the wait not long at all! We asked at the window, could she make sure our fries were hot/fresh! She said she would make them herself, to guarantee they’ll be fresh! We tipped her $7 (not much) but her customer service was excellent! We’re from Tyler and we never had a great experience at our Whataburger. The food was fresh, and the sweet and spicy burger was phenomenal! Thanks to this Whataburger and their amazing customer service, I will give Whataburger another chance!
Why are they always messing up orders? I ordered a double burger and they gave me a single. Another lady also complained about her order being wrong. Not the first time this happens. But this will be my last time coming to this location.
Really loved the old 80-90’s feel of the place. I have to say that the quantity of sides is plentiful (Ex: French Fries & Onion Rings) and the Medium Cup for Drinks are huge. Decent size parking lot, was big enough for a 10 ft U-Haul truck with a Trailer attached to it to fit inside the parking lot easily. Neither Whataburger nor In-N-Out is better than the other.

I've returned to update my review. This is a mixed review. I've continued to come here after 1 bad occurrence that occurred not long ago. My orders are generally very easy just like this one. 3 large cups of ice. This isn't the first time this has happened either but I pushed thru it. It's really only 1 particular employee that should not work in customer service. The amount of effort it would take to just fill up the cup with ice!
They Didn't Listen. My Order Wasn't Complicated At All. They Ruined My 1st Experience but, I will give them another try in the future. I am eating a pescaterian diet so, I opted for the breakfast items after finding out that the fish sandwich offered on Google's Whataburger menu was not available. We noticed they have jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I simply ordered 1 without sausage. My boyfriend comes behind me and asks to add a jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit with sausage. I also ordered onion rings which were good. We pull off from the busy drive thru to check my food and they gave me a regular cheese and egg breakfast biscuit sandwich and then tossed a plain jalapeño cheddar biscuit in the bag with it. I was super annoyed because I was looking forward to trying the jalapeño cheddar biscuit with the egg and cheese on it. I had to sit in the parking lot and dismantle the plain biscuit sandwich attempting to remove the cheese and egg , break apart the jalapeño cheddar biscuit without crumbling it to pieces, salvage as much cheese as egg as I could get off the plain biscuit to build my own: jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit with egg and cheese. What a job?! Had the car interior light on while parked under a lamppost. All this wasted my time, my food wasn't hot, and I was hungry and disappointed. Better Luck Next Time. There was no way we were going back to fix the order, we had already waited for several cars to order before we finally had a chance.
Always great for LC Container Lunch meetings!!! The burgers are outstanding and LARGE! The fries are good as well. The service was impeccable. The manager actually walked my food out to me and brought the condiment tray for me to pick and choose what I wanted!
I came through the drive thru, and I asked for two medium union rings and a small Dr. Pepper shake. I get to the window, and she hands me this big old cup, which is supposed to be a small was a medium. I did not ask for a medium. I asked for a small. Then, as I was starting to eat, my onion rings. They are burnt. If I was in the area, I would have taken that mess back and got my $7.00. I could not even taste them they were so burnt.
