My Family and I heard how great they are for cheeseburgers. We bought 6 combos and overall not a bad sandwich. Yet, not great. Very clean Restaurant and the Customer service was Great. Kudos to the manager on duty. The cashier was informative and fun. The young lady selling the food offered choices of Ketchup and sauces. That was cool. The burger was another typical burger. Thanks!
Stopped in here for lunch and I usually don't review fast food, but I thought I would throw this one in there. I stopped in at lunch was greeted immediately by a super friendly staff. My order was taken quickly and brought fairly quick, as it was cooked to order. I got the patty melt combo, the fries were piping hot and this was one of the best tasting patty melts I've had put in a while, very tasty and great job, especially for a fast food place.
Ricardo did an awesome job of getting our order done super fast so that we were able to make it to the airport on time. There was a huge order ahead of ours, but he was able to get our delicious salads to us very quickly. Excellent customer service!
This location ALWAYS gets the orders wrong. Tonight in particular? A jalapeño cheeseburger with no cheese. When I bring it to their attention, they slap a nice cold slice on a warm burger. The entire thing was cold by the time I got home. It never fails. Wrong orders. Drinks. Missing sauces. I hate this location.

My family and friends regularly go through this Whataburger, just to never get the full order that they have ordered or to have complications. A lot of people choose Whataburger for their spicy ketchup. That always seems to be one of the things that's missing. I've had fries, my desserts, grilled cheese. They can never keep up with a full order. No matter how small. It's becoming overly ridiculous.
My husband and I ordered from the last Whataburger by highway 54 at 11::20 On 11/24/24 from their drive through my husband told the girl that took the order a large ice tea no sugar. Then when he got to the window to pay he told the lady again and to also include ketchup and salsa. When we got the order no ketchup or salsa I went in to tell the girls no apologies. Then As we were driving my husband took a sip of his tea and it was with sugar. He through it out! Very disappointed!
Ordered 2 drinks ice tea, large. It had no ice. I sent it back asking for more Ice and they gave a 2nd one not only no ice, but actually warm. 2 large glasses of useless ice tea. I then asked for ice. They gave a very small cup of ice not even half full. Does El Paso have an ice shortage. We had to throw out the drinks as they where not drinkable.The burgers we ordered had no cheese which we ordered. The onion rings were delicious.
This was in the drive thru and our ticket was $30.
