Unfortunately I ordered a patty melt with bacon and got some cold burger instead. Wish I opened it up while I was there and not waited the 5 min drive to the air bnb. Was really looking to trying the melt finally as it’s my first time here in Texas. Burger was eh. Not sure why they didn’t tell me they had to sub my sandwich for a different burger.
I love whataburger & the service is always awesome but what I hate about it is that my husband & sometimes like to go on the weekend & you have this high school kids being really loud & fooling around inside. And when they leave they're on the parking lot running around, standing in the middle of the damn parking lot and don't move so you can park or drive. Why does whataburger allow this.
Economy is tough and times are hard. This is ridiculous. Large fries and double cheeseburger pictured. Last three times I’ve visited this place something’s been wrong. Say something to the manager to be told we will try to get better. Third strike your out. In and Out even sounds better…
What I ordered vs what I got. Spent $56 and only $10 worth was correct. Also, missing all of the extra large fries we paid for.
Update: After 3 attempts to contact them, they finally got back and said "Oh we'll get it right the next time." Did not offer any sort of correction to their mistake.
I ordered a #5. I think their service has improved a lot. Before I would wait 30 minutes for food and still have my order messed up. Now, my wait was 10-15 minutes, the food was good, the workers were pleasant and patient while my husband danced in the car.
Waited 7 mins in the drive through. They told me to wait and took two other orders in the other lane. Never experienced anything like that before. First time trying to go there,
It's a nice burger, i was told it was way better than other well known franchises and I believe is about the same, the onion rings were good, the burger is tasty but in my opinion not way better. Still a nice place and i will definitely go back again
Who doesn't love Whataburger?! You can never go wrong with the original number one or the number seven. My family and I have actually grown to love the breakfast burger as well..Best french fries and Dr pepper in town!
