Painfully Slow!
You will get your tax return back faster than this place produces food. You’re better off going to Waffle House. At least Waffle House there is a chance of a “show.”
Even the food comes out with a frowning and upset.
Went to the drive through outside lane. Made my order and was told to pull around to the stop sign, not a huge deal. Then I'm waiting and notice about 10 cars use the other lane and go up to the window and get their food all coming after me all while I'm sitting where I was told to be and obviously I was forgotten about. I was looking forward to my burger as I love them but I'll think twice before coming back to this location.
The ladies here are amazing. I ordered in the app but my order went to the wrong location and they made my food for me so I didn’t have to drive across town to pick up cold food. Thank you Kim and your crew, yall are outstanding!
Food was great for my dogs, fed it to them as i lost my appetite seeing employees with pants sagging, employee in kitchen needa a belt might as well order from there restroom. Thought whataburger had higher standards then this. Wont be dining here again. Service slow as other employees just walking around gossiping seems like only 2 employees doing all the work.
Insanely clean, insanely fast, 100% correct order for 3 all with different requests. Food was fresh and hot and probably the best tasting burger I’ve had in a very long time. Staff was extremely nice and it could not have been a better experience. A+ for: cleanliness, accuracy, freshness, and timing. WILL be coming back soon, thank you guys!
I had the privilege of dealing with Tristan after my order wasn't correct. Everyone was so kind about it. It wasn't a big deal that my order was wrong but a huge deal as to how I was treat. Kudos to Tristan. Stay sweet and kind, don't let anyone ruin your day. Tristan you are AWESOME
Dry, hard, luke warm food and not a fresh, with the toppings being ok but minimal. If the food is going to take all day to come then whats the reason for it to be cold there were only 4 patrons 3 drove through and one on the inside and possible dash orders coming in. There were at least 6 staff members, (with at least (4) possible hoodrats in the back food prep area) they all looked like they were somebodys babys mother at the very least if not a HR. Either way with all the tech and these fast cooking aparatusses, whataburger has gone down hill everywhere. I rarely run into a good one!
NEVER and I repeat NEVER has there lobby open at night good luck if your a dasher u will be waiting well over a hour to get your order. Do they care? Nope not at all they are messing with your money not theirs.
