A young lady was very nice and smiling but I think the smile was deceptive. I placed an order #254140 for four plain biscuits at 09:31 I went to the counter at 10:08 to ask about my biscuits. The same young lady said oh their coming out now. I asked her if the biscuits took 25 minutes to toast but she didn’t answer. I commented about the biscuits being too hard. I know that it’s not a good idea to go to this restaurant if you are in a hurry and think that biscuits are the fastest item to get. I am disappointed I’ll go to a tried and true competitor. I can’t recommend this restaurant at all. Store #1083 on Ruben Torres Blvd. Beware of what is behind the big smiles.
last time I went here service was good! their was this girl with long black hair in the front very attentive and had a bright smile they had messed up a bit on my order but I believe Faye had took it back and brought me everything fresh..!! very thankful THANK U FAYE !!
The cashier was very friendly and attentive when taking our order, the dinning area was well kept, and our food came out great!

I always enjoy going there. There's a young lady who works there that ALWAYS has a smile and shares it. She's a petite lady. I think she's a trainer... I believe that's what I read. She's awesome and all the customers like her. Definitely going back.
On Thursday February 2. Me and family went to eat there. We stood there waiting to place our order. I had to call the girl to help us. But The girl looked at me up and down. She looked like she didn't want to work. When I was telling her what we wanted to eat she would roll her eyes. Like wanted me to hurry up...
Not a Happy Customer .
The burgers are never made fresh. Always ask for a remake. The non cleanliness of the place and floors are spilled with water or soda. Needs better management
this whataburger always takes forever, even when it's slow.
This whataburger is full of lazy sorry ass employees. They never have that much traffic, yet they always take forever to get their orders out. This location is pathetic.
