First time trying this place as it’s been on my foodie list for a while. I must say it’s pretty good ! The fries were hot and the burger was ok point! The cashier was very kind and efficient. Will definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it to give it a go for sure!
Always great service. Take was exceptionally speedy as autumn assisted me with my pick up order. She’s very friendly and has fast service! Shout out to her!!!!
Ordered a salad via the app with ranch. We picked up food & arrived home to discover there was no salad dressing. We also are missing a side of gravy for chicken tenders dipping sauce. Called the restaurant & their offer to make things right was my driving back to whataburger (which involves loading a toddler back up into car). I did not feel the employee was sympathetic in helping us resolve their error.
Went through the drive thru, grab my food, take it home. Only to find out I got no napkins and no delicious spicy ketchup. Food was delicious but maybe just have the drive thru workers a little bit more aware of making sure costumers get napkins and spicy ketchup?
Clearly the reviews are correct about the food at night time. I came around 9:20. I seen a review about the avocado bacon burger being good. The customer service was great but my burger wasn’t great it taste like it was thrown together. For seven dollars & some change I expect better quality. I love whataburger but this location isn’t good.
My husband and I and a friend just ate here and the service ,atmosphere,and food was great Angeline the employee was so friendly from the minute we walked in from the minute we left the manager was great the food was hot I nebmver had the chicken sandwich before it was great I'm getting it for now on thank you what burger ???? ???? we will be back
I wouldn’t trust these people that fix our foods at night. They have a nasty attitude and probably perform black magic or witchcraft over the food they fix. These are young individuals who hasn’t experience their Karma yet.
So I rather not be their “test dummies”.
I prey their karma is swift. So they’ll become better citizens.
Drive thru was quick and easy. Service was very friendly and thorough. I will be back
