They gave my order to the wrong person and told me they had to remake it. I only had 30 minutes of break but by the time I was done I only had 8 mins. I was gonna ask for a discount or a refund for the mistake and the time it took out of my only lunch break for the day, but since I was low on time I decided to let it go. But when I started eating, my order was wrong. My BACON AND CHEESE burger had no bacon. Like come on I was trying to be understanding of the situation but now I'm out $20 and I feel like I was robbed
The employees are great and the food was great too. Everyone had a good attitude and was fast and everything tasted great as well. I will definitely be going back. The only way it could've been better is if it would've been free. Lol
Went through the drive thru and it was very clean. The worker who took my order spoke very clear and easy to understand. Got my food in a timely manner and it was very yummy!
Went in today for a quick breakfast while taking my dad to the doctor very clean great food and I must say the manager is absolutely great she knew most customers by name asked the entire dining area if the food was good definitely has great management skills the food was great hot and came in a timely manner!! Thanks whataburger!!
Took a bus load of students there. It was a little chaotic. The manager was great as well as all the employees! Everything went well, food was great!
25 minutes for a fry and jr whataburger, the car behind us got their whole meal and drinks before mine, Food was cold/ old tasting. Workers were nice though.
Went through the drive through, I got a burger meal, got onion rings instead of fries, all large size and my wife only wanted a large onion rings and shake. When we got to where we could eat our food and saw what constituted a large order of onion rings, we were shocked. We each had large onion rings but they looked like a very small order. Don't think I'll be getting onion rings from this whataburger location ever again, and to think they charge $4.79 for a large order, what a rip.
I have made several calls in orders here in the early mornings no problem it's faster to do so. Lately who ever answers phone (mans voice) starts his we can't take phone orders it's the rules he says????????. Well because of him I don't go here anymore. The other employees are great.
