I've been coming here everyday for lunch, curbside pickup as I only have a 30 minute lunch window. Today they brought out a biscuit and hot coffee instead of my order, I had to wait almost my whole 30 minute break for them to correct it, and all I got in response was "sorry about that". I would've appreciated a refund or a replacement offer but all I got was sorry.
Great customer service everytime I visit and the food is always hot/fresh... I decided to try the fish sandwich and the fish combo with fries... I honestly will give it a 3.8 based on the texture and taste, don't get me wrong it's good for a fast food chain... Next time I would definitely have to add more to the sandwich to make pop...
Whataburger typically isn't fast but the online ordering at this location is on point! I work right down the street, order when I leave, and it's ready when I arrive within 7 minutes. Best online service!
This has to be the slowest location I've ever been to, I understand some things are cooked to order, but to get just a salad and have to wait over 20 minutes is ridiculous by now I could have went to the grocery store bought ingredients to a salad made it then came back and picked this salad up, this is my 4th time at this location waiting on food most times I get a salad, this will be my last time visiting this location
This review was WELL deserved! I came here at midnight, and ordered a whataburger single combo with a side of 3 chicken nuggets. And OMG everything was fresh and made to order. Ive never went to McDonald's and got burnt by hot fries at midnight! This food is DELICIOUS at this location at all times with their 24 hours availability. Will definitely only go to this location when I'm in town!
The manager on duty today 7/31/24 at 1100 AM deserves a raise or promotion. I ordered online but stupidly made the order for the future at 1100 PM. I went in to pick up my order at 1100 AM which is when I thought it was ready. This was 100 percent my mistake…I offered to cancel the order because it had all breakfast items and they were finished making breakfast at 1100 AM…then the manager offered to make the order for me so I accepted her offer. I wish I got her name as she went truly above and beyond and I thank you very much. My breakfast was delicious!
Waited in drive thru 15 min then they tried to park me? Only had 1 car ahead of me. Small order only 1 combo. When I complained and explained I’d already been waiting 15 min she walked away. Idk. Would not come here on a lunch break.
It’s gone several times and it’s always the same I ordered my coke with little ice and what they do is that they almost fill more than half of the ice and very little soda that’s not very bad if you kindly ask for little ice you must give him the order with little ice you wouldn’t like you to go to a restaurant and stay halfway when you’re finishing eating and something too little soda.
