I was staying in a hotel next to here and stopped by for something to eat. The fellow taking my order was pleasant and helpful. I ordered the steakhouse double and was very pleased with it. There was more than I could eat with the included onion rings. I will definitely be back before I leave.
My visit to Whataburger tonight was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I entered the drive-thru, the service was outstanding. The lady who took my order was fantastic—she even went the extra mile by asking if I would like to add a brown, cinnamon roll, or apple pie to my order. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor left such a positive impression that I decided to try the apple pie. I believe her name was Maria.
The young lady at the pick-up window (I believe her name is Daniella) also provided excellent service, ensuring the experience remained pleasant throughout. The food I received was hot, fresh, and delicious. This was my first time trying the apple pie, and it exceeded my expectations.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and I want to thank the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
This place was busy at 10:20pm in the lobby and drive through, but they were very quick, polite and hospitable. The chicken strips, wings, burger and fries were all delicious.
Restaurant 363!! Who ever is making the fries!! Someone please take the salt from them!! Too much salt. Hard tomatoes put on the hamburger! And the caramel latte!! So runny and I don't even know! Very disappointed because I have always loved this place.. the whataburger in San Antonio texas..
I get hundreds of thousands of views on my reviews so understand it is my honor to leave this review. Hands down the best Wataburger on EARTH. Best team of employees. They were on fire!!! Whataburger needs to study this location and learn their magic. Ruth was the most amazing Human being I've met in quite a while. I was astonished at the amount of folks that came in and gave this woman a hug at the front counter. I had to get me a hug before I left. Food was hot and fresh and perfect. I just can't say enough about store #723. Next time I fly into Texas I'm going out of my way to visit this wonderful family!

This place is sooo slow, I was asked to pull in a spot and waited 10 extra minutes for a simple breakfast burger and hash browns. They fix all of the other meals at 1 time and then bring it outside and this is the reason why the wait period is so damn long I’d rather go somewhere else
Was staying at the hotel next door overnight and walked over to grab some food. The main point of my review is to give a shout out to the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and engaging, especially the lady working on putting up 4th of July decorations.
