Best WLM Reviews
I waited inside for my order for 30 min, employees are very rude and just walk past you and ignore you. My food was not good, my burger was dry and not made right and fries were half way when I told her she said that’s how they come. Do not recommend coming here at all
The food was good. I waited along time for jalapeno cheese biscuit/gravy. Whataburger only 2 people working during busy breakfast time. One guy working front counter and the drive thru. One cooking. Service sucked.
Let me start by saying this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Me and my lady came to eat and had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to come take our order. I could understand if they had a long line of customers but it was completely empty. When the woman came and took our order she was very snappy and very rude. She kinda had an attitude and didn’t even say thank you. By far the worst whataburger location I’ve ever been to and will never be coming here again.
More than likely the best Whataburger in Fort Worth. The food is cooked to order. The restaurant is clean. The staff are courteous and efficient. And check this out. No transients !
This restaurant is a few years old and well kept. I enjoy eating inside because it's clean and the friendly employees. The food is always hot and tasty. It's one of my go to Whataburger locations. Update: still one of my favorite location. This location is very fast getting good quality food to the customer. Best fast food in Azle. Beef cooked fresh! That's why it's takes time to cook.
I’m speechless with such great hospitality all the staff have. They are completely friendly, especially Martha who came back to the table to make sure everything was fine. I recommend anyone to dine in. I will definitely come back again!!! Thanks once again whataburger.
Ms. Taisha this morning at 6am just had the best spirit and gave just outstanding customer service. I mean she went above and beyond despite every hiccup. On top of that her kindness to two homeless that came in was so refreshing. She offered them water. She was a blessing to all those around her and I pray she is abundantly blessed!
Even during the busiest hours, the food is still delicious and cooked to order. Super nice people working there that I've met. Best whataburger in Fort Worth and possibly DFW
