Derick was my cashier yesterday. This young man showed great customer service, problem solving skills and brought a wonderful smile during our transaction yesterday. I was in the drive through and he was so polite. I had to get out of my car and tell the store manager how wonderful he was. Whoever trained him. You deserve a Thank you as well! I appreciate all that you do! Keep up the great work! Your whole team was wonderful. I'm not from here. I was in the area. Great food, Great customer service and Great Staff! I will definitely visit again. Now, this is what you call Southern Hospitality ????????????????
Very few franchise burger joints beat Whataburger! Probably one of my top favorite things in Texas. I usually go with their Number 2 with cheese since it’s pretty filling, but their chicken tenders, and breakfast tacos are also pretty good. Located in a pretty great spot of South Austin, near South Park Meadows, this location is pretty well taken care of by the day crew. Props to them!
Total was $31 for two meals and an order of chicken wings. I ordered it as dine-in and there was no one else in the restaurant. My burger was cold and clearly sat for some time before it was brought to me. The cashier was polite but everything else was unacceptable for $31.
It was 8:30am, when we entered no one welcomed us. A lady took our order my bf wasn’t customized but mine was. I asked for no pickles, no onions, no tomato, no mustard, then the lady responded at first I didn’t hear her so I asked her “excuse me?” Then she said “so do you want it dry?” With attitude. Honestly she could have said “plain” instead of dry but lowkey felt like she was trying to be funny but no one was laughing????????♀️. Funny thing is at the end I still got my order wrong. But after she completed our order she said “damn” under her breath I’m not deaf I can hear. I would have went up and said I got my order wrong but I didn’t want her receiving me with attitude again so I let it be. But look if she had a rough morning I’m sorry but theirs other people that deal w worse, also u don’t have to take it out on your customers, teach your employees better thank you.
The food and the service I had no problem with. What I had a problem with were the sticky floors, and a cricket just chilling on the floor; then it started hopping towards me. #nothanks All within view of an employee who didn’t seem to care.

Derrick is a beauty. Awesome customer service. My first time trying whataburger. Very impressed got new steakhouse burger with Dr Pepper milkshake. Best tasting milkshake ever
This is my first time at any whataburger and Jonathan M and crew were exceptional. He was patient when we were ordering and another gentleman was very polite when bringing out our food. The food was delicious and their location is really clean. I left impressed. Thank you Whataburger.
