I came to order food for my family, assuming it would be quick. I've been waiting 30 min in line. No one has received their order, and we already paid. We're stuck between cars, so I can't leave to go elsewhere. I don't know what's going on, but I'm never coming to this location again. I have hungry children at home waiting for me. I really hope someone can address this issue because I don't want another parent to go through this.
Swung by this Whataburger location today last minute for a “whataburger box” for Sunday football , Steven and his team delivered on last minute catering service , food was fresh , service was fast , overall happy how welcoming and prepared the team was on lunch hour .
My husband and I went through the drive thru tonight and had such a bad interaction. Our cashier was a young lady named Candy, when I started ordering I could tell she was distracted, she laughed directly into the mic with her coworkers as she was attempting to take my order. I finished giving her the rest of my order and asked her to repeat it back to make sure it was correct. As she started repeating it she stopped to let me know she was new. I am typically very understanding of this as not only have I worked for WB myself but I've worked at this specific location. As I attempted to correct her she rudely interrupted to tell me she got it, told me the total and to pull up to the window. There was a customer in front who I could tell was also very unhappy with the cashier she also left without food. When I got to the window I asked candy to speak with her manager, she responded "For what??" With such a nasty attitude refusing to get her manager. The manager there was right behind her so he came up to talk to me, I did not catch the managers name. He immediately began to place the blame on the previous customer on why candy was giving me such a nasty attitude. I let him know she got the order wrong multiple times, he began reading it back and I interrupted him where she messed up. He then closed the window to let the kitchen know not finishing the repeating of my order. I paid and he handed me 3 drinks, then he gave me a receipt as I looked over it I realized they had charged me for an additional drink and let the manager know it was wrong. The manager immediately tried to blame me for the misunderstanding saying he had read it back despite not having finished due to Candy's error. He said he void the whole check to remove the drink but would have to charge me again. At that point the interaction was so poor I decided I simply wanted my money back. He demanded I return the drinks which we did. I asked for a copy of the refund receipt, he kept refusing to provide one because "It was the same as the original" and he "needed to keep one for the store" I'm very familiar with WB protocol he should have given me the receipt without me prompting it but I had to ask him 3-4 times before he gave it to me. I hope GM takes the time to reprimand her staff because that was unacceptable, I would be embarrassed a store with my name on it was doing stuff like this.
This location always has some kind of issue, each visit the drive thru time is extra long no matter the amount of cars. Tonight I waited forever for my order to still be incorrect, I asked for no salt fries got cold old fries instead. Smh. Do better!

I ordered lunch here to try the limited time only BLT.
It was very good. They added a lot of bacon to the sandwich. I hope they make this a permanent sandwich item at Whataburger.
If I could give 0 stars I would . I would give a NEGATIVE REVIEW!!! I went thru the drive thru and ordered a kids meal + a medium fry. I asked for my fries to be filled MJ came to the window saying I’m not filling nothing else up. Gave her the fries how the picture looks she brought it back the same way. I proceeded to ask for my money back I blew my horn 4 times she asked me what I was doing still here I stated I want my money back she told me to pull up I stated I’m not going nowhere until I get my money back. Dude at the window(he wasn’t even a team lead) was like yes I stated to him I want my money back he asked why I stated my fries are not full and he then says I can fill them up for you! So my point is why didn’t MJ fill them up when I gave them to her and dude told me he would fill them up. My medium fry was NOT full either , for the price I am paying I want my fries full not half way full. MJ IS GOING TO CAUSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS TO GO ELSEWHERE AND SHES GOING TO CAUSE THIS STORE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! If you are overwhelmed take some time off to yourself maybe she’s working too many hours for her to be acting such way.
We ordered a apple cranberry salad again today. We also informed first window that the apple was bad yesterday hoping to have better luck today to no avail. Today's salad was worse than yesterday! No cranberries.
This Location Is Open From 6am-Midnight For Dine In And 24 Hours For Drive Thru. The Food Is Always Fresh And Made To Order While Still Giving Quick Service. The Lobby Is Always So Clean & Bright. There Are A Few Booths With Outlets For Any Students & Workers Needing To Do Work.
